Buddy Allen Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of buddyallencarpetonenashville.com

Julie Smiertka, designer who came to our home, was most helpful in the selection of the flooring needs. We sought an upscale vinyl for the kitchen area which is preferred for cleanliness as well as comfort. We chose the Mannington luxury sheet vinyl with support of Julie’s professional assist. Thanks for the folllow up support on the install as well, the team did well. Jim and Mary

Julie & the Buddy Allen team were fantastic to work with. Their communication was timely, their quote was fair, and the finished product looked incredible. Would absolutely use them again in the future.

Excellent service, quality and professional work. I never felt pressured to purchase something I didn’t want. I was able to take several samples with me to my home to ensure that what I was paying for was what I wanted. The men who came to my home to install the product were very professional, timely, communicated and didn’t charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask. They have def. met and gone above what I expected! You may pay a little more, but the end product is worth it!

I had cancelled Empire Carpet to do the work. Their price was less, but they failed in every aspect. They did not deliver on any promise made. Each time I had to contact them to find out status of my job. Failed to be on time with install date, and then missed a second install date. a third time was offered which would have been a further delay over a week out. I switched to Buddy Allen and it was one of the best carpet experiences I have ever had. Emory was professional and his measurements were exact. Carpet was cut before it arrived on site. The two installers, Dustin and Doug were courteous and careful not to mess up my newly painted walls and baseboards. Job was done in a timely fashion and I would highly recommend Buddy Allen to anyone who is considering new carpet or flooring. Cost was more, but well worth it.

Larry and Roger were complete professionals. Worked steady and hard to get everything done. The carpet looks great. Emory also followed up throughout the process which was appreciated.

Shopped around looking at price but more importantly focused on the value for the money of the installed product . Judson and his team were patient and experts in carpet . Plenty of choices of material as compared to their many competitors while the installation was well done and professional. Asked them to come back for some minor installation fix ups a month after and they were happy do it. I'd have no hesitation buying from Judson and his team again!

Totally satisfied! Salesman Judson made everything clear ahead of the installation. Installers arrived on time and did a great job! Definitely would use this company again!

Great experience. My new kitchen floor is perfect! This after a leak ruined the previous floor and the pain of tearing it up, drying the sub-floor and replacing it was handled by BA. Great job!
