Extremely dissatisfied customer. I wasted money this past christmas on a variety of flavors to give as gifts to family and friends. Disappointed every time. The "CBD" had zero flavor or CBD (a simple potency test would prove this) & was priced at over twenty dollars. The others were just weak and tasteless according to all accounts. My bad - I believed the false claims - lesson learned.

I really enjoy tea, especially green teas. I purchased $100 worth of tea from a company I never heard of (Buddha). After almost 2 weeks, no tracking number or acknowledgement of my order. I kept getting requests to review the product by google. I felt there must have been a scam or something was up. If your stock is low tell your customer. I emailed and let them know if they can’t fulfill my order, cancel it. They canceled it with no explanation. Really poor customer service.

Tl;dr: Excellent customer service and superb quality tea. I ordered 8 boxes of tea, one of which was Goldenseal (a favorite in my household). I noticed my order hadn’t shipped in the 12 days since I placed my order, so I contacted customer service. I was informed the Goldenseal was out of stock, and they didn’t know when it would be in stock. They gave me the option of waiting for the tea to be in stock, or removing the Goldenseal from my order and having the rest shipped - I chose the latter. I was given a full refund for the Goldenseal and still given free shipping. Also, customer service (Xylina) responded to several emails so promptly we were practically instant messaging each other. So in addition to having superb quality teas, Buddha teas also has superb customer service. I already buy my herbal teas nearly exclusively from Buddha Teas, so I will be buying again. But for others, I highly recommend Buddha teas for the quality and customer service.

Buddha Teas is awesome! I called their office to ask about all the assortment of teas and they were super knowledgeable about all the herbs and all the health benefits the teas provided. I would highly recommend!!

I recently tried the new CBD Chamomile tea from Buddha Teas. I religiously drink their chamomile and green tea, so decided to try the new CBD Chamomile. I drank it before bed and felt super relaxed and dreamy. The taste was delicious. After trying that, I decided to order the entire line. It didn’t disappoint, for sure. The ingredients are naturally yummy and the CBD is just enough. There website was super straightforward and informative, also. They’ve turned me into a loyal Buddha Teas drinker for life! I placed an order with Buddha, but never received a shipping confirmation order. I contacted Buddha today about what my order status was and for theb1st time they sent me a tracking number that showed my order was delivered almost 3 weeks ago. Buddhas only comment was to contact the post office. I even asked if I could reorder and they said no. I would have paid for the order, but they were not helpful at all and I informed them I would order from someone else. I will not recommend Buddha.

I do apologize that you did not receive a tracking number. I can verify that we did experience email issue with our website that have since been resolved. Great selection, great customer service and some of the best green teas I've ever tasted (and Ive been to Japan several times). If you're looking for a high quality green tea I would highly recommend their sencha. Keep up the good work Buddha!

Same thing happened to me..once I was ready to buy I hit the pay button, my cart was emptied. Got a email saying I left something in the cart, like really..not attempting again might be a scam
