Suspicious of the company. They send stuff in very exposed packaging through Amazon. I've written to them about this on their website as a fulfillment center expert and they did not even respond. The teas come soaked in the propane gasses of a warehouse because they don't bag them. I didn't realize you couldn't upload attachments with Trustpilot. Was going to attach the email exchange (which is just me writing to them)

The European Peppermint Tea is outstanding ! It is slightly cooling with a delicious sweet taste. I enjoy sipping it all day long as it uplifts my mood and delights my senses.

I ordered the Gyokuro Green Tea after reading a glowing and detailed description of it on the Buddha Teas website. "Gyokuro Green Tea is known as one of the world's most precious and majestic Japanese green tea varieties. Also known as "jade dew," and harvested once a year in the springtime, it's the shading that defines the character of this tea. By lessening the photosynthesis process, its chlorophyll content increases, which diminishes the tannins, and intensifies its green tint. The result? A sweeter, less astringent tea, and an exquisite, exclusive tea drinking experience. If you're looking for a rare, precious tea, Gyokuro Green Tea fits the bill. Tea drinkers across the globe who have enjoyed the quality of Gyokuro Green Tea, will affirm that their investment was worth it. The rarity makes this tea more expensive, but for the connoisseurs in your life, Gyokuro will not disappoint. Buddha Teas organic Gyokuro Green Tea provides all the flavor without a single additive." I was excited to receive it, as I am a great tea lover and appreciate fine quality which Buddha Teas normally delivers. However, I was truly disappointed in this tea, as it was absolutely TASTELESS . Plus, it was quite pricey at $19.99 a box. I had requested a refund, which I was told would only be possible if I went to my local post office, purchased a packaging box and returned it. As I am a loyal and longtime customer of Buddha Teas I found this request unreasonable and poor customer service !! I feel I should have been refunded my money without having the inconvenience of returning it.
