I ordered 2 braclets in March and still have not received them! They are a scam! Absolutely terrible!

I ordered the following on the 28th of March Pi Yao Obsidian Wealth Bracelet - 10mm Quantity: 1 line.title Feng Shui Black Obsidian Wealth Bracelet - 1 Piece Quantity: 2 on the 2nd of May I received a package with only two of the three item I ordered, I emailed them till today no response. Be careful with this company I escalated for my refund on Paypal since they refused to respond. scammers scammers scammers be....warned

If I could give zero star I would .. what a disgusting scam of robbers, I ordered my bracelet 9th april rec a text & email advising me it was dispatched. I clicked on the tracking number which was totaly fake, after numerous emails with fobbed off replies I still have no goods, they state on the site they are in america however country of origin for dispatch is china ... major scam these should be closed down. I have now after 25 days opened a case with paypal in the hopes of a refund I only wish I had checked these reviews before buying 😡😡😡

I ordered my braclet on April 15 but they shipped it out 5 days later on April 20. It's been 19 days ago since I placed the order still haven't received it. The website order page is tricky. It has several bracelets on the page so when i ckick9to order the black feng shui obsidian it automatically charged me for 2 orders for a black braclet also. I called immediately to cancel the entire order the very same day and was told it shipped already. But my tracking number sjow9it shipped 5 days later. I was also told to return the order unopened when it arrives. I will put a post on my Facebook page and IG to warn future buyers to beware. I'm reporting them to BBB and FTC, Attorney Gen Office. Whom ever can stop these people.

Hopefully my dispute to PayPal will approve and get my money back!!!! The UPS tracking number they gave is fake!!! Untraceable!!!! Scammers!!!! I will report to facebook their adds!!! Don't use credit card or debit card on this website they will ripped you off!

This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased from with a useless customer service section. I purchased an item in March it’s now May with no news whatsoever. They sent me tracking details showing it left China 3/4/20. I have been left with no option but to raise an issue with PayPal to get a refund. No matter how good their items appear to be stay well clear. If you do purchase use PayPal. This company will take your money then wash their hands of you 😡😡

I ordered 2 bracelets ($39) on April 2, Was charged $39 immediately, and now it is May 2, and nothing. when i go on their website, it says it was shipped on April 8, however tracking says its been in inglewood california since April 8. Please dont buy anything from them, heed all the negative reviews here, this is a scam company in China, their information on their website says they are in Delaware, that is a lie. If you buy anything from them you might as well just throw your money away.
