Being a prior customer the packing was good , everything arrived still frozen. The color of the meat looked good accept for a few packages which did not appear to be the same color. Called and spoke to a person who explained what happened. Closing out our conversation the person thanked me again for my business.

Excellent quality cut selections! Their business must be thriving because they are often sold out of quality steaks. Make sure to keep in mind to order before the weekend because they only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Great customer service! I would rate them a 4.5 because of great cuts and grilling options. Just a couple things I mentioned brings their rating down from a 5 in my opinion.

I really like your steaks

The bison meat is very yummy. I just wish it hadn't been delayed because it was for my son's birthday.

The Jerky was amazing! The Bison Sausage Bratwurst was great tasting as well!

I know I'm not as close as most of the BW customers (CO) so my only wish is that the packaging would be a little better, UPS is not always timely in my area, so most packages have started to defrost, a few times significantly. That being said, the meat is always top notch and I'm always happy when I see their specials!!

Package arrived on time and in good shape. Meat was frozen. We thawed them in the fridge and grilled them on New Years Day for my kids and their family. Rib steaks were marbled nice and easy to grill. Family enjoyed them. Would like to try another cut in the future!
