Terrible customer service. I made a return and did not receive a refund, despite them having received it weeks ago. I have contacted them 3X already and they don’t even have the decency to respond. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company and never shopping with them again

Buck mason issued the return slip and then soon after it said I’m unable to return. They sent me the wrong product. I purchased this and it said year returns and I wasn’t able to return after less than a month. Emails and contacts have gone entirely unanswered. I’m not sure if their customer service actually exists. Joke of a process.

Bought a great from them many years ago. Have tried a few times since to find something similar from them with no luck. Recently tried again and needed to return the item. The return functionality wouldn't produce the return slip (problem wasn't on my end; I'm in tech). Emailed their support twice to receive a return slip by email - no reply. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to institute a chargeback if I don't hear back shortly.

Would never order from this company again. Clothes are not as described, uncomfortable and don’t wash well. Seems as though they are more mass produced than Buck Mason would care to admit.

The wrong item was sent to me. I ordered a specific jacket in a particular size from Buck Mason's online store, but they sent me a totally different one. Now the one I actually wanted is no longer available. They failed to check the item before fulfillment. Totally unprofessional.

I bought a heater from REVEILOVE and my card is charged from Buckmasom.com and I never got my heater while it is says delivered in the mailbox, how can a heater fit in mailbox. These are scam site please don’t buy. There is no way to contact them either
