Defective S Spring Socket Snaps
I purchased 3 types of snaps. 100count each package. The S127B10LN Snap Button S Spring Socket IS DEFECTIVE. Buckleguy will not offer any type of help unless I send them a video of me setting the snap. Problem is the snap will not set so there is no way to send a video. The pieces are not the right size to "set" when pressing them together. I explained this to the gentleman that answered the phone. His reply...let us know if we can help you with anything else. REALLY disappointed with the after purchase service. I do want to add that the 2 other types of snaps purchased were the ring socket snaps. 200 of them. They are great and a high quality.
