Great property, however, water to master shower was turned off, probably due to the bathroom being painted recently (there was sticky notes on the wall indicating "fresh paint"). Had to shower in down stairs bathroom. Took a while to get the TV working, later to find out there were parental controls. No instructions explaining this. However, the property itself was great with plenty of amenities, nice floor plan, comfortable bedding and furniture, great location and setting.

We very much enjoyed renting the property as the home overall is very nice and well kept inside. The mattresses probable need to be replaced as they are a bit tired, and all of us had a hard time sleeping. The pool table needs to be adjusted as it was not level, and most of the pool cues were warped. Other than this we had a wonderful time.

I give it a four because of the “sound sensor” they have plugged in at the rental home. It was almost like we couldn’t have “too” much fun without triggering a certain noise level. Other than the sound sensor the rental was spacious and very accommodating for anyone and everyone who’s renting it out.

Thank you for your review, Veilongoi. We are glad to hear you enjoy the spaciousness of the home you rented for your Tahoe vacation. Regarding the noise sensors, we do realize how they can seem restrictive, but they are installed at certain properties to avoid noise complaints. This is helpful not only for full-time neighbors, but the guests, vacation rental homeowner, and us at Buckingham as well, as a noise violation citation is given to all (guests, vacation rental homeowners, and Buckingham), and can be a fine as much as $1,000 from each party. This helps the homeowner to stay protected, as three noise violations will result in the loss of their vacation rental permit. The sensors are set to reasonable decibel levels which should not hinder our guests' enjoyment of our properties. Should the decibel level get breached for longer than a period of 15 minutes, our guests are notified via a friendly reminder text from the sensor company response center. So in short, these sensors are in place to protect the guests as much as the homeowner and us here at Buckingham.

We really enjoyed our time at the Bald…
We really enjoyed our time at the Bald Eagle Cabin in Lake Tahoe, the views over the Lake were exactly as described in the brochure and beautiful. The facilities in the cabin were modern and up to date and it was very comfortable for 4 of us.
Two points to make, the circular stairs to the top bedroom were very narrow, it made it difficult to get a suitcase up and would be difficult to manage if you weren't completely fit and able and the washing machine being in the cupboard in the downstairs bedroom made it very hot.

It's a nice neat place to stay with…
It's a nice neat place to stay with family, with room enough for everyone, we are a family of five with age range from grandparents to 8 yo kid. Backyard was perfect for playing in the snow, we do not have to go far. Everything we need was relatively available. Couldn't figure out the heating system but it was warm enough for us. The only complaint I have was the patio light, couldn't find the switch for it or the bulbs were busted. We came late so it was dark and troublesome.

Good property management and communication
Good with rental process, contract, property clean and communication. Only part was jacuzzi issues we experienced and multiple calls we had to do to get it fixed, plus we had to get chorine for the dirtiness of water in it. Otherwise very nice management and I will rent again with them
