If the driveway & walk way cleared of snow and ice I would have rated this property a 5 star. It is a great unit and a great location, but I will not rent it again due to the danger of driving, parking and walking to this unit. I was told the association was responsible for clearing but we didn’t see anyone clear any of the roads or walk ways in this gated community the 7 days we were there

Thank you for your review, AC. We apologize for the inconvenience the ice caused you and your group. The freezing temperatures after the Christmas storm left much of the town covered in a thick layer of ice. As the home owner's association failed to send personnel out to clear the snow and ice, we sent an employee from our office with ice melt for you and your group; he spread some down on the problem areas and left the remainder behind in the garage for you to use, should you need it. We have brought this issue up to the HOA. We hope you had a wonderful vacation otherwise, and hope to have you stay with us again in the future.
