Customer Service is great. The bath bombs are the best, I love them. But I am very disappointed with your advertising!! You claim you won a ring worth $100.00 - $10,000.00 and like a dummy I fall for it everytime, i place an order and the rings I received haven't been worth anymore than $25.00 and under. I must have at least 40 rings and that is the highest price rings I have and there are only 3 or 4 of them out of the 40. I feel your advertising needs to be more honest before I can give it a higher score!!

I got these on sale. The bombs are great and very fragrant. The rings are what to be expected for what you pay for the bath bombs. My package was lost or taken in my apartment building. The company replaced them free of charge.

I've been ordering the bubbly belle bath bombs for over 2 months. I've also given as gifts over 30 bombs bought. I have horrible allergies and dermatitis on hands. The bombs are awesome. However I'm disappointed I too saw the add stating rings from 100 to 1000 dollars. I have never gotten but 2 for 25 value an d the rest were less. I sent an email in response to Karen as to answer her if any issues. I stated the samething. No response. I a bit disappointed in the false advertising on the ring valued. Sandy

I love the Bubbly Belle bathbooms and the jewlely. The bathbooms smell amazing and it's so exciting to see what kind of ring you get,these are also great gift as well

I bought these bombs for my girlfriend, bathbombs were quality and the idea behind it all is awesome. But after buying 7-8 bathbombs, all but one were worth 15.00 dollars and the other was only 20.00. By the way they are advertised you would expect to get something a little nicer. I think out of all the rings my girlfriend got, she said she might wear one. But she hasn't of course. Good Quality bathbombs, bad quality rings.... Needless to say, I canceled, girlfriend not upset...
