For starters, there isn't a confirmation page for purchasing where you can see how much you're paying before you pay it. When you put your information in, you just bought whatever you clicked on. Two, my bathbombs look NOTHING like the pictures and one of them isn't right at all? I was overcharged, didn't get what I wanted, and it looks cheap. So spend your $15 if you want. I sure am not going to buy another one. I wish I could post pictures.

I like what I ordered but don't charge my card... When I'm ready to order again I will.... Thank you for you're service

At this point I am willing to give them 2 stars and see if they earn more on other parts of their service and product. I took a star off due to the fact the bath bomb for $1 that everyone is talking about can only be yours if you pay the $13+ for 2 more bath bombs. Then they posted special discounted options after that. Some of these I wanted the option of purchasing. However after clicking yes to the option they did not show up on my invoice with the 3 bath bombs. So in trying to go back and double check I ended up with a duplicate order of 3 bath bombs and again it doesn’t show the additional order choices I made. I certainly hope these are decent rings and don’t turn my finger green since I bought 2 orders of bath bombs that cost me over $30 to be able to get a $1 bath bomb.

I have had my bath bombs for a while and had not opened them. Just used the first one today, and the ring was pretty but not worth much. However, I think your company should offer to handle corporate events looking for new engagement tools for attendees. For example, a gala event could send one female and male attendee a ring purchased by the host in your bath bombs, to be randomly distributed ahead of time. The value of the ring could be later revealed at the event. This would be an excellent tool to highlight any event and promote participation. Also, consider making an individual bath bomb for individuals looking for unique ideas to propose marriage.

I WAS IN A DILEMMA ABOUT HOW CAN I LET BUBBLY BELLE KNOW I HAD A NEW PHONE NUMBER I AM TECHNOLOGICALLY CHALLENGED WHEN IT COMES TO MY MOBILE PHONE. AND WHAM!!!!!! THERE IT WAS. SO I SENT A TEXT STATING THAT I HAVE A NEW PHONE NUMBER AND GOT (I BELIEVE) AN AUTOMATED ANSWER SINCE IT WAS THE WEEKEND ABOUT SOMEONE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT ON THE NEXT WORKING BUSINESS DAY. (AMID THE CORONAVIRUS). I WAS SURPRISED. YOU USUALLY HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH 15 HOOPS TO GET ANYBODY. I FELT VERY GOOD THAT THERE WAS ACTUALLY SOMEONE LISTENING. I GOT A TEXT SAYING THEY RECEIVED MY INQUIRY AND FIXED IT. I WAS A HAPPY CAMPER. THEY ASKED ME TO RATE IT AND OF COURSE I DID SOMETHING TO MESS THAT UP SO I SENT ANOTHER TEXT TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS HAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I put in a code I have from the bath bomb ring, and ended up spending almost 30$ when I thought I was just getting my free premium ring I won. I guess spending the money was the only way to receive your ring? Very misleading not too pleased. My mom gets these and give me them sometimes. I do not want a monthly subscription and I believe I am now subscribed from just wanting to get my premium ring. Hopefully this gets fixed cause I am not able to subscribe every month!!

The bombs smell great and my kids love watching them melt and change the colors of their bubbles. I got 3 bombs and 2 out of the 3(still need to do the last one) have the same ring. I figured there would be 3 different rings.

I received my first order today, and I didn't expect much for a dollar, or for free, and was not surprised with the quality of the rings. To start with, there are pretty, but have no intrinsic value, as the metal is not sterling, and I'm sure my finger would be green if I wore one for a day or so, but for a dollar, what can you expect? I presume the stones are glass, but the color is pretty, and my grands will have fun playing with them. (The free one and the one I paid for). Where the rub comes in is with the shipping cost, and that is where they make their money, and to be fair, no one operates a business for free. I also expect the majority of their money comes from the subscriptions). Having said this, I knew what the deal was before I bought anything, and can't blame anyone for ordering. I have a slight leaning toward taking chances, so, unbelievably, I ordered one more ring to get my fill of this site. However, I did not expect shipping to be quite so high. I will update this when I get my second order. Also, I was in the pawn and jewelry, and repair business for many years, and understand more than the average person may. In my case, maybe it's a small price to pay for a little excitement, but don't buy anything with real expectations of winning a ring worth many thousands of dollars. No one is going to give away more money then they make. If you get a ring which is sterling, count yourself lucky.
