Do not order from bath bombs Bubbly Belle! I began to order products from them, however I didn’t complete the process nor authorize any transaction. They sent me an email that I needed to complete my order, then another that they completed my order and withdrew the money from my account, processed the order, packaged it and shipped it. Bubbly Belle is refusing to refund the money they fraudulently embezzled out of my account until the package is returned...which has no tracking number. Beware!!!

So i made a mistake on a recent order I placed, and the rep i got was super amazing and gave me a refund for the premium rings i accidentally purchased. This is the second time ive ordered from Bubbly Belle and its been amazing both times :) Im definitely going to be ordering from here for all my bathbomb needs. Thanks again!!

High quality bath bombs, I'll definitely be a repeat purchaser!! The rings are so much fun, sparkly, and honestly more than I expected.. The customer service is first class, prompt, and go over & beyond for customer satisfaction.. Thank you Bubblybelle for an awesome product!

I love this company they are amazing the team works so well with you on a customer service basis. The bombs are all natural. My 3 years old son enjoys them too¡ they do not hurt or irritate or discolor his skin. I look forward to bath time with him now cuz of the bombs, especially the Halloween ones or specialty bombs. It's been years since I've had something to look forward to, I'm a recovering addict and this has changed my life and the bond I hold with not just my son but my soon to be 13 year old daughter as well. It Is a no brainer to buy these, the rings inside are worth the price you pay alone if not more than that. They truly do calm you down even my kids. Otherwise they refresh or whatever the label says they're supposed to do it does do. My life has changed, not just physically, but mentally, and emotionally. These have helped me in so many ways that only words could not describe¡!!!!!!!!!!¡

I am really not happy I said no to the monthly subscription yet it has taken my money and said that I do have now it will not let me into my account

This company is guilty of false advertising and I also have to add, scamming. I followed direction for 1 bomb at $1.00 and then proceeded after prompted, to order 2 more at a reduced rate, never stating conditions of that rate. It gave me a prompt to check if I wanted a monthly shipment to which I said no. HA! NOWHERE did it say these advertised prices were good ONLY IF U R A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER. AFTER I logged in my credit card and received my completed receipt, was I made aware of the increase in price BUT IT NEVER SAID WHY! I had to call customer service to find out why the price increase. Told them to cancel order, which they did BUT no cancellation # was given and I was told I would HAVE TO WAIT 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. REALLY!!!!! THE ORDER WAS ONLY 5 MINS. OLD. Well, it's obvious, they want your money in a hurry, but they dont want to give it back, just as quickly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMERS.

Not happy at all. First time buying from this company and I will never again. They took my money but no emails saying anything about the products that I purchased. Nothing at all. Now I call and they are saying nothing I can do. Thats really bad business. Bad customer service. Not happy at all. They even took out two payments when I only purchased one time. 😡😡😡😡

Got my rings today I am not satisfied at all this was a waste of $55 I will never buy from here ever again it’s a waste of time & money
