When I first purchased the bath bombs, they smelled nice and I loved the rings the problem is the rings are not sterling silver like stated and they tarnished . The money I wasted buying the fake rings I could have bought sterling silver that won't tarnish for a few dollars more. I do not recommend this product bath and body works make some nice smelling bath bombs I will stick to what I know. Signed A dissapointed customer

I tried to order 1 bath bomb n it kept taking me somewhere else. Then it wouldn't take my order n I had to reorder 3 or 4 times. I finally gave up n canceled my order. Guess what? I was charge 4 times n got to of them in the mail today. N u know what's next, everything in the boxes is exactly the same. Silver ring with a Blue stone. How the hell do I send it back

my order was wrong, my ring size should've been 5 1/2 not a size 5, the rings are asesome very pretty .So how long would it take to get the right size ??

I received my rings and very happy with both of them...so they are worth 20.00..so problem here... The bath bombs was so nice...but I do have a question...for those ppl who cannot get in and out of tub, could you maybe do an shower bomb. Because I surely would buy more... Thanks Treena M

I'm never ordering those from bubbly belle again. I got one for $1 but was "forced" to order a second one but it told me that it was $7.49 for the second one. Okay fine I put in my card info and it kept wanting me to add to my order like 5 to 10 times before I could continue and then it said that my order was purchased. That's when it told me what the order was it came to $18.98 or something $1 for the first bomb $9.49 for the second a free ring and shipping $7.49

So I ordered before I saw all the bad reviews or I probably would never have ordered, however it said u should receive by the 9th, well today it got here 7/12/19 and i absolutely love the 4 rings I got, I got the 1 free ring and 3 premium rings all according to website are worth 25.00 except the single 1 its 15.00, I live love love the smell of the bath bombs and cannot wait to use!!!

Absolutely love the smell of my bath bombs ( Rejuvenate ). And the rings are beautiful! The rings run small so order a size up. 2 problems I have though is when you order they DON'T show a confirmation page of the amount you owe. And the biggest part that absolutely upset me, when I was trying to finish my order offer after offer kept popping up not letting me finish the order. It got VERY AGGRAVATING! Make one offer but not more then that. You are probably loosing sales because of that one issue. Over all though I am very satisfied with the bath bomb & rings! Wish I had a way to show pictures of the rings.

Omg, how I never remember signing up for a subscription. This is sooo ridiculous. I got scammed out of 42 dollars not once but twice. I called then and they said they canceled my order and the subscription.
