I recently started buying about a month ago and I can honestly say this is my absolute favorite company to buy bath bombs from! I've tried almost every one they have and I cant wait to try more!

I never complained about the rings I've always pro-mo them until my last 2 orders in which 1 I did not receive that says shipped & was delivered . I ask customer service in which was VERY RUDE asking for photo shots or "proof" like I'm a scammer .. I never received these 3 so called premium rings .. the last 2 orders prior I have received 5 of the SAME RING ! ALL A BLACKISH BLUE STONE & STYLE RING .. I never complained about it until my next order that wasn't received .. Also was told my premium rings would be clear crystal (1 a 💓 - the other a square)The one they are saying I did receive was Again blackish blue & nothing PREMIUM about it .. I'm truly disappointed .. The customer service says "Hopefully NEXT order I'll get a DIFFERENT one" .. Who would want to take a second chance after getting screwed over 2-3 orders now .. I thought they'd at least send some FREE RINGS because I've STILL YET to ask for my 30 day return policy .. Plus on top they send out about this big hurricane sob story in promise of these PREMIUM RINGS that never came but I paid for .. God Bless you

I have ordered... And ordered...(never got any ring with more than $1) And this past weekend there was a promotion that due to hurricane Dorian they wanted to help sell as much product as possible in case hurricane was destructible to their warehouse. With this promotion they would include a ring of at lest $100 in each order.... Wrong! I got 7 rings... 6 with $15...1 with $20. Talk about misleading...or fraudulent advertising. I plan on making this known to add many people as I can.

Every ring is rated as $15 and they steal your money. I got a $25 debut card for my birthday and thought that this would be something interesting to try. I was wrong I like the smell I got but they charged and charged my debit card to where I had no money left if you ever buy this product make sure to buy a gift debit card and not use your actual credit card. What a scam 🙄
