I placed an order on the 3rd n never received it. You have already taken the money out of my account. Please let me know about this, I talked to someone about this and she said it already shipped but thatwas a different one that shipped oon the 1st n I ordered Mine on the 3rdx.🤔

This website is a SCAM they sent me an email saying i won a ring and to click the link to aubmit my address but instead when i click the libk it doesnt ask for my address it leads me to a page to buy one of their bath bombs !! THAT IS NOT WINNING !!

This is my third order and I really love the bath bombs. The rings are not the high quality that is advertised on the website but I don’t mind the fashion jewelry I have received. My second order said I was to receive 2 bath bombs at a discounted rate (13.97) each but was actually charged 16.76 each. I need a refund for this. I placed a third order tonight and added the subscription because it said the monthly rate would be the same as my order tonight (9.95). After reading some of the reviews below I’m worried that won’t be the case. Bubblybelle, don’t let me down! I’m a great customer to have as long as I get what I pay for and am not overcharged. I would also like to know how to cancel my subscription in the event I choose to. Lastly- how do I know when the sweepstakes are held and if I’m in the running? Thank you for your time .

Ordered one time and when order arrived the bath bombs were like slime and the rings are fake. Was charged a second time and and didn't get the free ring and when I tried to cancel the lady was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. Not see sure if it's even canceled or not

Im not going to bash anyone there. I like the bombs but have gone thru on your site. I do feel like i cant cancel my subscription so please you cancel. I dont remember sighing or submitting for a monthly subscription. Lorrie54. Please cancel

The ONLY reason I give a 2 is they smell good. I did NOT subscribe. The site has nowhere to cancel. The rings are vending machine quality. Lastly of the 8 bombs I've gotten only 2 did not crumble in my hands. The company is totally a scam to steal your money. They should not be able operate. They are a disgrace to legitimate companies

Overall I did like the one bath bomb I received. However, I don’t want to receive one every month, I noticed the charge on my card this morning when I read an email saying they shipped me something. I went to see what happened freaking out thinking my card information had been hacked. I’ll pay for this bath bomb but I want my card removed from the account, and to not receive anymore. However, going onto the website there is NO where to go to “unsubscribe” and take your card off. It’s like they’re forcing people to keep buying when they don’t want to. I’m high upset, I like to buy bath bombs off and on when I choose. Only place to sell them that I now have an issue with and never want to shop with again now. They need to update their website with the option of being able to take card information off if the customer chooses. Shady way to receive business. Buyers BEWARE.
