Please don't ever order from this company, I asked to be taken off the monthly subscription, that I somehow clicked on for an order I've put in, they have continued to charge my card and send more bath bombs that I never wanted yet will be paying for. When I called customer service for help, they spent their time trying to talk me into more, and will not refund the order I just got an email from. Extremely disappointed. There are a lot of other companies to order these fun bath bombs from....do not give these people your money or time.... horrible company!!

I don’t even want to give them 1 star. I ordered bath bombs and it was supposed to be $7.99 and at the end they charged my card over $40 and I immediately requested the order to be cancelled and they are refusing to do so and are trying to say the order already shipped. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them, the rings are Walmart quality that if you like them that much will cost you approximately $5 to buy them out right and you can buy the same quality bath bombs at your local dollar tree. Very disappointed

I have bought from here a couple of times. The bath bombs are great and everything, but you get pulled in to buying stuff when you don't intend to. I got an email from them saying I had a shipping error, so i click the link and had to go through basically shopping to see of i had a shopping error. Then once i was done, my package came the next day! There was no shipping error! Being scammed into buying more isn't the way to go. All to get the same rings you bought the first time.

You took money from me. I didn’t make an order today and you still stole money from me. I want it back, NOW.

Had a really horrible experience with this company, they had a $1 bath bomb deal going on and the page where you select the scent you want did not list any ingredients when using the $1 bath bomb links. I picked one and wanted to see how much shipping would be but it did not give a shipping ammount until AFTER checkout and there was no way to cancel the order. They charged me $8 to ship a small package less than 3 hours away. I was already irritated and then when I received a bath bomb with peppermint in it which I have a severe allergy to I started to actually get angry. I explained this to the company through email and they told me I could return it but I was going to have to pay the outrageous shipping cost a second time and only be refunded the $1 for the bath bomb. They literally kept giving me the same answers over and over and when I expressed how disappointed and upset I was with them they just started ignoring my emails. I would never trust this company again.

I have ordered from Bubbly Belle a few times in the past year. I'm very pleased with the timely shipments and the very pretty rings. Thanks Bubbly Belle.

I bought bath-bombs based off a “promo” well if you don’t subscribe you don’t get that promotional price and you don’t find out until you pay that the price goes up!! When I entered my code to find out how much my rings were it said I “won” a free gift. Wrong you have to buy something to get that gift. I did order another package to see what this company was about. They offered a “premium ring” package of 3 “premium rings”. All the rings were VERY similar in both packages I received. Nothing premium about the package I spent $19.95 extra on. I wanted to post a picture to this review of all of my rings for proof that NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER YOU GET THE SAME THING ACROSS THE BOARD. However I am not able to. The bath bombs are nice but this company is misleading all the way around. Be weary!! UPDATE 10/25/19 I was asked to reach out to Julie which I did. I have received no response from her. I went to their BBB page and they are very disrespectful to the people who have made complaints about them. I just want resolution since I paid for a premium ring package and got the same rings that come in the bath-bombs and almost all are identical! I see then are saying “luck of the draw” and “it’s about surprise” but I paid extra for premium and didn’t get premium.
