BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

It took a while but customer service was really nice and they apologized for the inconvenience they even put a little extra gift so overall a good experience

Product is good. Daughter is very happy. But shipping was a lot slower than I expected. Received it about a month and a half after ordering.

Due to the pandemic, my shipment was delayed but they made up for the extended delay with a small gift which was well received. Thank you!

Shipping took almost 2 months but I was sent some extra pictures as compensation. The army bomb has some cratches and marks on it but works well.

I give it a four not because of the product, the product was awesome. It’s just it took long then it did but it’s totally understandable since of the Coronavirus shipping is delayed.

Shipping took forever but besides that I got my army bomb and mask and they are pretty :)

Shipping took a little longer due to Covid but they did throw in a small gift.

It was a bit complicated to work at first, but once I figured it out, it worked great! It was really fun to watch it sync/use it during Bang Bang Con 2020.
