If I could give it less than one star I would. It took 45 days untill my package came. It wasn't wrapped with plastic like new things should have and plus how it was in the picture. I order some BTS rings that coast 20 dollars and they looked low quality. The foto cards it came with I'm 100% they are fake. First and last time I order from there. Plz if if your about to order from that website don't they scame you with fake items, at the end I learn my less that when I buy BTS merch it has to be from there official website and stores that are known to sell there things.

I paid 20$ for a shirt on this website. The website stated several time that it was "96% cotton" but the label of the shirt ststed "100% polyester". The quality was absolutely atrocious. It feels so cheap and flimsy. Also had a horrible smell. Nobody could ever wear the shirt. But the customer service was even worse. I emailed them 20 times explaining their blatant false advertising and how this was their responsibility. They did not care at all & kept reciting that all they could offer me was 10% refund (aka 2$ when i paid 20$) or a 5$ store credit. I was so angry by this company that filed a complaint through paypal against this company (since I paid via paypal). I was able to get a 50% refund that way. Do not order from this website, you WILL regret it. Also nothing on that website is official, even though they say it is. I know other people on Twitter who have had a terrible experience as well. Just don't buy from them.

Scammers. Their web is very well done, full of fake reviews. They claim their products are official. I bought a bombstick v3 and received a very poor quality chinese imitation.

Ordered Christmas presents on the 4th of December for Christmas and the are still in Beijing. Kids were disappointed not to get what the asked for. Extremely disappointed with the service!

Order #10062 Complaint: Paid for expedited shipping. Item was missing for a month. No response for a requested refund. No apologies. Leaving a review on their website was not possible. Illegal activity: The BTS website does not allow for real customer reviews. All reviews on the website are fake. This is fraud, misrepresentation of quality over competition.

You can write to them repeatedly and ask for a refund for the fake and flawed goods they sell but they only offer you little money you can ONLY spend in their shop. But believe me, once you buy something expensive and you expect the goods to be of good quality, you will cry when you get your order and you will never ever want to buy anything else from them!

I bought a sweater. And it's so thin that you can see the shirt I'm wearing inside. The material supposed to be cotton but when it arrived it was very shiny and plastic-iky like a cheap pair of tracksuit. I waited for the sweater for a month and I'm just mad that I received a fake, low quality sweater from China
