BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

We like the masks we got. I did take a while for them to get to us, but I do realize that there was a lot of orders at the time.

I was very happy to get my package a side from the delay which is understandable. My stickers were stuck to the CD and photo card, I don’t know what happened there but I lost 3 stickers to that 🙁 made me sad a little along with the photo card being bent. It made me a bit sad. But I’m still glad I got my album. Thank you very much <3

It was a very easy process to buy my items on the website and everything came nicely wrapped with a few extras :) The only thing was that the tracking app was a little wonky and I couldn't see the actual location of where my package was, but everything came as planned so it doesn't really matter. Overall, really great service and I will definitely will be visiting this website again soon!

It came in time and is very beautiful! Very practical and in good shape and use! Definitely recommend!

Great Merch ;)

Everything came well packaged and pretty fast considering the delays at the moment. Sad that I can't seem to order off this site anymore (website doesn't work). I would have given it 5stars but the mask I bought was not as good quality as the free mask I received as a gift for having to pay shipping (unless I missed something in the description). I'm not quite sure why that is. But still loved all the products purchased and hope to buy from them again once the website is up and running... if BTS MANIA read this- could you please give us an update on social media as to your website? Thanks :)

The package took a long time, but everything is intact. Thanks!
