BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

Payed for a bt21 phone case and AirPod case. They took ages to arrive (over 2 months) and when the package finally came the phone case was missing from the package and the AirPod case was completely different to the product on the website. Definitely wasn’t official and the quality was very poor.

My daughter never received her bts phone case. And when I sent emails no one ever responded. I feel like I got scammed. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered Jungkook Fakelove earings and a phonecase from Jungkook as a present for my daughters birthday. After waiting for more than 9 weeks Yesterday the package arrived. My daughters birthday was at the 27th of Februari :-(. But what a surprise in it weren't the right earrings and the phonecase was not included, even the envelope said ithas to be in it. And now i don't get a refunf because the shipping cost are to big and the lost of package is verry high. But i paid 44 euro's and get a refunf of 8 euro's to spend at BTS Mania. The same shop who didn't deliver what i paid for ???? Update: It looks the shop is closed. So money gone and no products

I wish I had known better before I bought it, I was a new fan of BTS and thought it was the real shop. I bought a light stick and it took 3 months to arrive. The box was damaged and didn't have the official sticker on it. The light stick itself looks like it could be real, except it's scratched all over and has white marks on the base. It does light up but bluetooth doesn't work, what makes it actually unofficial is that the QR code doesn't work, it just says that the codes already been used. If you want to buy official Merch, use Weverse Shop or Cokodive, everything is official. They probably won't bring back the army bomb back though since version 4 is supposed to come out soon. Wait for that, or, if you plan to go to a concert you can buy it at the venue, they never run out.

I should have check here first before making purchases on BTS Mania. BTS Mania shopping is a BAD place to shop... They LIED about their product. I just bought the Army Bomb for my daughter’s birthday. The advertisement say “OFFICIAL” and it’s listed for $75. When I received it, the seal is not on the box... I contact customer service and they admit that it is NOT OFFICIAL. “Sorry but it’s high quality but it won’t work at concert. We will give you 34% store credit”... Why would I want it if it doesn’t work at concert???? To return product which they lied about, I have to pay for shipping to return it. DO NOT buy from them!!! Beware as they will trick you

Asked for a refund before the time limit and they purposely have not read my emails before the time constraint just to say I can't have a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THAT WEBSITE! It's literally a complete scam! I'm so mad!!

1 star is still too much for this website. I ordered a phone case for my cousin since December 9,2019. And as of today, March 18, 2020, it's still no where to be seen. Contacted the customer service every month and they said it would be arrived soon but NO . The website stated that " if your package is not arrived within 45 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question", but it was totally a lie. Buy from other website if you can.

The service of postage really bad. I order on 6th February 2020 but received on 10th March 2020 it took 1 month for postage 🙄 I buy Sticker Winter Poster when the parcel arrived really bad condition. They just packed like the letter. No bubble wrap or something can make sure the sticker postage in good condition. Please improve your service!!!!!!!! Really disappointed!!!!!!!!
