If I could have given a lower review, I would. I spent $206.00 on merch for my daughter, I checked back one day after to see if they had a tracking number, the site was down. I quickly got in touch with my credit card company to cancel the transaction, which they did. BTSmania is still emailing me claiming they have a tracking number, which I believe is fake. I emailed them countless times telling them I cancelled the transaction, they keep sending me the same email saying it is too late to cancel. When I asked what happened to their website, they chose to completely ignore that very important question. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE MAJORITY OF THESE 5 STAR BOT REVIEWS!!!!! They are complete lies!! I ordered from this store now almost THREE weeks ago, just a simple $25 shirt, with shipping my total came to around $33. They send you a "tracking number" to your email that is FAKE. I have not once been able to get any sort of shipment info on my package since the day of purchase. AND if you try and contact the store? THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY DOWN! The last time I've physically been able to get onto the website was Wednesday (04/29/2020) and since it has been "down," which probably means it was removed. I have not received any follow up emails explaining why the site is down, why I have not even received an accurate shipping number, NOTHING. They take your money and run with it, YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A PRODUCT.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP!!!! (Only buy off of the official Weverse shop) I spent almost $200 on BTS ARMY bombs and found out later upon their arrival that they are fakes!!! Good ways to tell that an ARMY bomb is fake is if the light is bright white (the official ones have a purple tint), the ARMY logo on the front and the BTS logo on the back (should be switched), and also if the small beads are attached to the globe and don't move about freely. I hope everyone learns from my experience because now I'm out almost 200 dollars and the official shop is sold out (I don't know why there are so many good reviews for this shop because everything is from China and is counterfeit)

Guess who got scammed!! Spent $29 on merch that didn't come. They said it got delivered yet I'm still waiting. Tried to go back on the website to contact them, and guess what. Says it no longer exists 🥳. Great right. As a college student $29 dollars isn't cheap.

Bought a BTS duvet set for my dying daughter. It arrived late and she never saw it. It turned out to be fake..even the wrong colour and cheap polyester..cant get my money back from them..Tried PayPal.. they sided with the fraudsters. Tried Barclaycard. They are over ridden.by PayPal. Consumer websites don't want to know because it's an Indonesian company. I've lost 78 dollars! Somebody needs to stop this now. They know how to work.the scam.

I bought a version 3 army lightstick and it doesn't turn on and when I asked for a replacement or refund, they told me they would replace it just ask for a new order number in 7 days and when I ask for the new order number, they don't want to give me a replacement or refund and they stopped emailing me back
