It's all fake. Nothing on there is real. I bought a hoodie, a t-shirt, the Tata hairband and the Cooky BT21 pajamas and it's all obviously fake. I don't necessarily have a problem with fake merch as long as they don't claim it's official, BUT THEY DO. But the thing that annoys me the most is THE PRICE IS SO HIGH COMPARED TO THE QUALITY. I'm gonna try get my money back. So think CAREFULLY if you're gonna buy from them and don't expect it to be real.

Bad customer service!! No refund on the items that is out of stock. Been sending multi email to their support email and no reply from them. It a scam, ARMY pls don't purchase from them.

Customer service is simply dreadful - do not buy from these people. They send defective goods then refuse to refund unless you 'shoulder the responsibility of return shipping' even when it is their fault!! They are not blocking people from their website - it is not there any more. I reported them to BigHit, so hopefully they are being sued by them. They should not be allowed to use the name BTS in their title - they sell illegal goods and their five-star reviews are mainly false as well. Stay away - buy from Weverse or authorised merchandisers only.

I was hoping to buy some bts merch cuz I wasn't able to go to my concert, but it’s bot there? I know that this is one of the most reliable sites and Im not willing to buy ut from anywhere else, but it seems to have...disappeared. Please bring it back, I really need to spend some money on btw rn.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They have the worst customer service. It took a month and a half to recieve our order and it's missing items. Now their website is gone! GONE!! I only have a crappy email for them with little to no response. UGH! Don't waste your money.
