Because of unavoidable shipping delays due to covid-19 they included an additional set of photo cards free. This was gift and the recipient was thrilled. She used her new bomb to watch the BTS concert stream and it worked beautifully.

Shipping was faster then I expected, but I got extra photo cards because of delayed shipping. I loved them.

The shipment was delayed due to COVID but they sent me an email Letting me know and added an extra gift for the delay!

With everything going on in the world i expected deliveries to be delayed. I emailed them probably 3 different times and they always answered me within the next day. Helping me or updating me when i had questions. The things i bought were also great but the customer service was amazing. I'd trust buying from them again. Edit: my order was from early this year i now see a lot of people have had problems and the website is down but i can only account for my experience. I did get a bad tracking number at first but they did get me the right one after they said there was a problem with their system.
