I really loved the pictures: posters, postcards, photobook, cards (anything picture... worth it). It came well packed and beautiful. The only thing for missing 5th star is because things like keyrings, stands and few small things were not as high quality as I expected. But overall, it was great and I will definitely buy the new ones!

Ordered from South Africa. Took about a month to be delivered directly to my door. I was able to track my parcel online, overall good service.

I am very happy with my purchase from BTS Mania Shop! I had previously tried to order BTS merch from another company, and I had an extremely frustrating experience, as their customer service was NON-EXISTENT. I ended up cancelling that order all together. I then ordered through BTS MANIA and I was extremely happy with this experience! They promptly answered any questions I had and were extremely helpful. My items took about a month to receive, however, I am ecstatic with the merch quality and so happy to have my first BTS order!! Will definitely buy again!

I don’t even remember the arrival process. I ordered and received my plush over a year ago. I’m not sure why it’s asking me to review now. I do remember I was disappointed to see that, although official, the plushies don’t come with their boxes. So for a collector like me that was super sad. Otherwise it’s perfect
