BTS MANIA SHOPReviews of btsmaniashop.com

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. My parcel didn’t arrive for more than 2months and I had to email them like 7times but they kept saying wait for your parcel. I emailed them yesterday and they kept on saying my parcels should’ve arrived already (everytime I emailed the date it should’ve arrived changes). This website is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They changed their website to KPOP MANIA SHOP. How dare they scam more people into buying the kpop idols' fake and unofficial merchandise. They're taking advantage of the KPOP IDOLS' popularity. People should know about this so they can support real merchandise. If you buy albums from this website it will be just a fake copy and you're actually not helping your Idol groups' ranking in the album charts. This needs to stop!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! They will take your money and then give you false tracking information and then after a month they will shut down their site. They are now kpop mania shop so be weary. If you need kpop merchandise try yesasia or weverse. They are safer and more legit. You won't have to worry about losing money. I spent over $100 on there for a gift for my baby sister and we have waited almost a month for it. I tried to see where it was and the site is no longer available.

I ordered to your shop last March (sweater worth $46.95)and now i didnt received any updates about my order, i cant find your website but you already changed the name of your site?kpop mania shop???? So, how about my order? I already paid it!

Attenzione sono dei ladri. La merce non è mai arrivata. Si sono rubati i soldi questi ........Tutta medicina se ne devono comprare.

The site goes by kpopmaniashop now. do NOT trust these reviews, they aren't real. the site is a scam so please report them as much as you can to get them taken down and put out of business. they use false advertisement and they don't refund you full price. they will only respond when you mention that you will report them because they are scared. don't trust army. i reached out to bighit to have them take legal actions.

Horrible. Do not order from them. I ordered a few things a month ago, they arrived pretty quickly so shipping was good. However I didn‘t receive 2 of my items that I ordered. The t-shirts and pajama were completely fake and horrible and awful quality. The only thing I‘m satisfied with is the Chimmy Cushion, which is actually the official merchandise from their BT21 Line. When I asked for a refund they ignored me for 2 days and when I said I‘d take legal action they said they could give me a refund of 10%. I spend over $200. And a refund of 10%??? I‘m disgusted by this company and I seriously advice none of y‘all to order from them. I‘m taking legal action now. P.S.: Their website doesn‘t exist anymore. When you click on the link in the trustpilot description you go to the website kpopmaniashop.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Lies! Their merchandise Is fake! They don’t offer refunds at all. Do not order from them! That is if they are even still in business. 🤬
