Very kind customer service ppl. My hoodie I ordered did not fit me and when I emailed the person I spoke to was very kind. I didn’t get a refund but they did offer me a 10% discount on clothing or $10 off a non clothing item. I haven’t been able to use it though because at the time the online shop was down for maintenance.

I LOVE LOVE these shoes!!!! They fit perfect and are true to size. They are extremely comfortable and I don’t know, maybe it’s a mental thing but I feel so good when I have them on! I wear these ALL the time that I really should order another pair to keep on hand!! I am a proud 62 year old ARMY💜💜💜

the shipping was actually pretty fast even in this current situation. though the delivery was pulled out but they notified me and sent me an apology note and 2 packs of photo cards with the package! i bought an army bomb and the quality was the same as in the official store. i even got the little qr code card you only get in the store. at first i was a bit suspicious that it was a fake one but that wasn´t the case. i´m definitely gonna shop other merch there! thank you so much for the amazing service and the photo cards almost got an heart attack as i saw them!!

I decided to cancel the product and wanted a refund. BTS Mania processed it and I got my refund 😊. I'm very satisfied with the service💜

Everything is excellent. Sometimes delivery is longer than expected, but despite this problem everything is good. If there is any problem, there is always somebody who will help you.
