Do not shop at BTSMANIASHOP.com or BTSMANIA.com! they seem to have two websites! I ordered an army bomb v2 back on November and I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT. I sent countless emails and and the owner keeps saying it is on its way. I DEMAND A REFUND! i will get my lawyer involved! DO NOT SHOP HERE. My daughter is literally in tears because of this company. Horrible, horrible company.

BTSmania.com is a very dishonest company. I purchased 2 BT21 items here and I reiceve fake Chinese knock offs. First, the chimmy face cushion I purchased has a huge crease due to poor stitching. My cooky stitching fell off.. They don’t have any tags or dust bags that came with it. They were wrapped in a plastic bag. I hate these products. Don’t buy from here. I for sure will never shop here again. Hard earned money down the drain.

Don’t buy from here! They sell fake merchandise! I had disputed with PayPal and now I have to ship it back and I have to pay for it! They claim it’s official merchandise but it is not! Their reviews are fake! They only have positive reciews in their site and they sound so fake! Don’t not shop at btsmaniashop.com

Don't shop from here. Packages take forever to arrive, merch is unofficial (even though they claim its "official"). And the items you receive is not only poor in quality, it is nothing like the products you see on their website. All the reviews on their website is also super sketchy.

I can’t believe that btsmaniashop.com is still Operating as a company. I bought a army box love yourself : answer from them and it was not what I expected. The photo cards that came with it are absolutely garbage with a crappy print job. Not to mention the CD they give is fake.. it just a copy of the real one and it does not even some with a cover. Waist of time and money

I wished I had read these reviews before buying anything from them. I purchased 2 items back in November and I never got them. 60 dollars down the drain. The tracking number still says “label not created yet”. I contacted them and no response as they are on vacation.... Horrible company.

btsmaniashop.com sells fake BTS items. I just received my BTS Army Bomb V3 and it DOES NOT CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH. I LITERALLY WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR THIS. I AM NOW DISPUTING WITH PAYPAL and the only option i have is to return the item and THEY WONT REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS. It is absolutely clear that's how their business works. You order something and if you dont like it - too bad - you have to pay the shipping fees which cost more than the product itself.. what the hell. i feel like crap.

If you value your money please do not buy from here. I purchased a BT21 Chimmy Hoodie December and I got to say the quality is horrible. I only wore it twice and the entire left stitching is coming apart. The yellow dye from the chimmy logo is starting to fade and it stained my off white t shirt which cost me over 150 dollars to buy. Absolutely garbage product and company.
