Fake Army bomb..would not pair at Wembley.. terrible to do this to children..dirty robbers..

DO NOT ORDER A BTS LIGHTSTICK FROM THIS SITE!! We ordered 1 way in advance of Wembley concert 01/06/19, my daughter was very adamant she wanted an official one and this is what we were to BELIEVE we were getting however, when we went to the pairing booth at the concert we were told it was FAKE!! My daughter was deverstated and me incredibly ANGRY that we had paid £65 for a FAKE product when we could have paid £45 on the day and got a REAL one!!

I bought this army bomb a long time ago and wondered why it wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth. Found out today on YouTube that if you’re photocard of Jungkook says ‘Jugkook’ it’s a fake. And that’s what I have. I’m meant to be going to the BTS concert today and I’m not taking it now because I’m so annoyed about it. Being a 12 year old, I’m really angry about this and more people are buying this finding out it’s a fake. I’m sorry but I don’t have another £150 odd pound to buy another army bomb at the concert unlike some other people.

Buyer beware: They sell fake stuff on their website and it is shipped from China, not South Korea. Please, please save your money and order official BTS merchandise from a legit site that sells the real thing (like Big Hit’s website). For example, I compared this company’s concert Speak Yourself shirts with real BTS concert Speal Yourself T-shirts and BTS mania’s clothing is completely fake. BTS Mania even confirmed in an email to me that their merchandise is not official. The print on their “concert” shirt was a cheap sticker/appliqué that will peel off with just a few washings or less. The real BTS clothing has a Big Hit label inside and quality printing. The BTS mania shirt I received did not have a Big Hit label or official tag attached. I also regrettably bought an “official” BTS version 3 Army light stick/BOMB from BTS Mania, which was $30 more than the real light stick I had to buy at a BTS concert or that you can order from Big Hit’s website. The BTS mania light stick i received was fake and did not work. I compared the light stick with an official light stick and there are subtle differences, including the inability of the light stick to sync up with Bluetooth or the light stick app. It is upsetting that BTS Mania has been getting away with selling fake BTS merchandise. The return policy is awful. Please, please don’t buy from them.

I’m going to the BTS Speak Yourself Tour in London on 1st June and bought the VER.3 army bomb from here and man do I regret it so badly. I was in desperate need of one thinking that at the venue it’ll be too expensive and they might run out before I got one and really only took this leap of faith due to all the *only* positive reviews on their Instagram page. Ofc as an emotional person I was like “Yh I’ll do it” due to my unwillingness to wait a while to get the army bomb if i bought it from the official BigHit website. Usually I’m quite cautious of fake merch and scams but this time my emotions got to the best of me and I’m afraid that this company will continue to use this weakness of their consumers to their advantage. They’re aware it’s a scam and are using our naiveness to make profit... When i ordered it it took over a month for it to arrive so that was highly disappointing. When it came the box was all ruined and squashed, and it was poorly taped around rather than it having its own custom tape around the flaps like when I got my version 1 from eBay a few years ago *that wasn’t even a fake cri* anyway, the photocards were bent and it took me a while before the light stick accepted my batteries and only works on the non-Bluetooth setting. I thought initially that it’s a fault with the app on my phone so tried connecting with my mums phone and even then it didn’t work. So now I wasted around $86 *idk how many pounds that is but it’s a lot- maybe around £60?* So not only did i only realise today that i got scammed through reading these reviews- before this I had only seen good ones so believed it was a genuine light stick; but i also am stuck with this fake light stick and a loss of my money. Now I have to somehow save up enough to buy a legitimate one at Wembley Stadium. But what’s even more upsetting is that when I contacted them today to ask about the price of the light sticks/ if they’ll be selling them at the venue they linked this website for advance purchasing online before the concert and that tore me apart inside thinking of all the people who will be stuck with fake army bombs on the day. I would give them no stars but that is not an option. Ordered 3 Army Bombs version 3 for the BTS concert. All seemed to work well they connected to the Bluetooth at home girls were happy. Went on to our marry way to the concert and noticed that they weren't pairing. Soo went to the pairing station and the personnel there told use that they weren't pairing because they were counterfeit!!! Luckily we were able to purchase the Army Bombs there for $55. Please do not order from this site the merch is counterfeit.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I purchased the army bomb ver. 3 and it took over a month to get to me. The box was COMPLETELY RUINED, probably due to their mediocre packaging. When I opened it (there was no seal on the box), I instantly knew that something was off. The photo cards were not only bent and put in a cheap plastic bag, but the colors were off. Oh yeah, the QR code they give Is so obviously fake, and when I tried to scan for my rewards it didn't work. They put a cheap banner inside of the boys names but the printing was crooked. The army bomb itself was wrapped in cheap plastic which with the original it is not supposed to be. When I examined it, the bomb looked pretty damn similar to the original. The things I noticed that were off on the bomb were: 1. The silver ring around the bottom of the bomb is totally loose that it felt like it was going to fall off. 2. The warning label on the bomb is placed in the wrong orientation and was crooked. 3. There weren't that many beads inside the bomb and they rattled way louder than the bombs in the original because obviously they were made from some cheap plastic. 4. The bomb did work with self mode, but when I tried to connect to concert mode it did not pair with my ticket information (the lady at the pairing booth then told me my bomb was completely fake). I gave BTS mania the benefit of the doubt and emailed them several times to see if this was authentic. They told me "we assure you that the army bomb is authentic". I asked them why did it ship from China instead of Korea. They replied "Our office is located in Korea but our warehouse is in China". I sent them photos of what was wrong with the army bomb, but they then requested for videos which I will not send because it is not part of their refund policy. I am currently fighting to get my money back considering I paid $80 for it and will put a claim through if they refuse. Moral of the story... DO.NOT.BUY.FROM.HERE. You are better off buying an original army bomb from the concert venue or the official big hit website for just $55. I repeat, do yourself a favor and DO.NOT.BUY.FROM.THESE.SCAMMERS.

I bought a army box which costed over 120 usd and after a month it said it had reached the usa even though it said it would come up to 10 business days....it said the tracking was in us now but the box never arrived and other people I knew also had the same problem or their tracking number wasn't even right!! What a waste
