My only issue is the way it was boxed, like it was just thrown in the box and shipped no wrapping nothing and for such a big box, I'm just glad I got it love the nails

I absolutely love these nails. I've purchased them several times from my local beauty store and fell in love with them. So I took a chance and ordered from their website. However my package was delivered with missing items and damaged products. I emailed them and showed proof of this and they were in constant contact with me about it until I asked them to make the situation right then they ghosted me and completely stopped communicating. Their product is awesome but their customer service is awful. So I hope you don't run into any problems with your order because they will not make it right.

I love the nails.. they look as if I would've went to the nail salon or nail girl 😁 Only issue is one fell off in a couple days, idk maybe it was something I didn't do right. Other than that I will definitely be buying more!
