I have been doing my own nails (acrylic and gel), and others, for about 20 years now. I was recommended this product for the idea you get like gel but the application process is much simpler and less time consuming. These did not work for me. I am familiar with how to prep nails and even doing so, they lasted days. I have played with glue on from the drugstore which last atleast a week. I emailed the company looking to return my kit and their response was asking me to apply more and take photos of me doing it to send them. Which is absolutely ridiculous. So, the product, in my opinion, is trash and their customer service is worse.

Love the quality of the products, fast delivery as well My only complaint is the last time I received a gift which was disappointing. I got free nails that I had to give. All my orders from the beginning had been long square and the gift I got was short oval. It would’ve been nice to get the same length nails and not something I never order. Very disappointing considering I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with the company.

Easy for the people who don't do this often. The most important part is to prep the nails. I took time to soak my feet, push my cuticles back and prep the nails. Once that was done - it only took me 10 minutes from "find the right size" to "omg they look great!" The tabs are nice, keeps me from gluing my fingers together. I wish the big toe nails had the tabs also.
