App was intuitive. Bed is very comfortable, supportive and responsive. Best adjusting bed I have tried. MDs should prescribe this bed for anyone with back or shoulder pain.

The customer service person I talked with before deciding to buy was very helpful and even noticed when we did a trial also at a hotel. She emailed me to see how it went. The order placement was simple and smooth. Delivery was quick and the delivery folks were very professional and courteous. And the bed has been great! We've enjoyed the comfort and features it offers.

The bed was super easy to set up, as was the app. Intuitive and thoughtful. The sound quality of the Somnify options blew me away. I have had difficulty falling asleep and this has helped so much. The bed is so comfortable that once I am asleep I am relaxed and able to stay asleep......

Upgraded to the Bryte bed to see if it could help me sleep better. My wife is considers herself an "expert sleeper", so she was highly skeptical of the need for this whole "smart bed" approach at first. But now after a month or so, she's a convert. For the first few nights it felt a bit firmer than I was used to with a memory foam-topped mattress. The service team keeps in regular contact though after you install it, and adjusted the baseline to be softer over-the-air. Amazing. It also "evolves" the more you sleep on it, I'm sleeping like a baby these days (nights). The ability to adjust the comfort level on either side of the bed is great, too.

Bed felt supportive while not feeling hard with no "give. Edge of bed is firm for good exit support.
