Shame I can't give -0 stars . I've ordered those Simpson tv sets and I ordered them over a month ago . No updates and the email links on the confirmation email isn't working and I've not received them and now the web site is saying temporarily closed so it looks like I've lost a fair amount of money . I'm absolutely fuming

I needed 8 place settings Christmas dishes so I order two sets of 16. Both orders had broken dinner plates. Brylane's customer service basically offered that I could buy a third set for the same price that I had paid for the two prior sets ordered. I will never again order from this deceptive online retailer. They do not stand by the quality of their products, nor do they provide any meaningful customer service.

It's a DARN SHAME I cannot leave zero stars. I have had a credit account with Full Beauty for well over 20 years maybe as much as 30 and they did what many have done......customer service is now somewhere overseas and the rest has gone to "heck in a hand basket". I recently ordered a sheet set .... let me be clear: A NEW SET OF SHEETS and guess what I got? Someone's returns, shoved into a bag and re-shipped to me. It matters not to me if I got a discount off the inflated purchase price and don't even get me going on their EXORBITANT shipping. The ONLY TIME I will purchase from them is if I am getting one heck of a deal. I am done with this company. Getting 10.00 BACK was like pulling teeth. Nope, I now wish I had purchased from QVC. This company will end up going out of business because this is not acceptable and when called out on it you will and should expect a run around. I RARELY call to "complain" and have been a good, long time customer but this is IT for me. NO MORE. **update** I recv'd their USUAL "we are sorry and we strive for happy customers and you are valued...yada, yada, yada email. Really? Do they REALLY CARE? Oh, I can CALL THEM if I need further assistance. FOR WHAT? SOMEONE'S RETURNED SHEETS, WADDED UP in a bag? NOT ACCEPTABLE.....PERIOD! I don't care if I spent 40 or 400.00 dollars.....a sale is a sale and they have LOST my business. NO MORE FULL BEAUTY FOR ME and trust me, I mean it! Pathetic!

My review of BrylaneHome is very similar to many other complaints posted here. I, too, will be filing a complaint with my Attorney General’s Office for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as the Federal Trade Commission, against BrylaneHome. I received a circular flyer in my mailbox yesterday advertising 5-Star Rated Super Soft Sheet Sets starting from $14.99 using code BHDLB1, with “FREE SHIPPING” prominently displayed. The fine print indicated that this was an introductory offer and urged customers to act fast. Since I had just received the flyer, I assumed I was acting fast by attempting to place my order today, 08/03/2024. The flyer also stated that the offer expired on 09/24/2024. However, when I went to BrylaneHome's website and tried to order the Navy Paisley Printed Sheet Set (which was featured in the flyer), item number 1580-34584-0446, the sheet set appeared as the BH Studio Print Sheet Set. The website message stated, "Color not featured in your catalog, or the catalog price has expired." The sets were listed at $32.99, discounted from $74.99, even though the flyer advertised the same set at a "NOW" price of $22.99. Despite this discrepancy, I added the item to my cart and proceeded to checkout, hoping the price would adjust to match the flyer. Instead, the only reduction was the removal of the $10.98 shipping fee using the code BHDLB1. Even with additional discount codes found through a Microsoft coupon extension app, I encountered an error message at checkout stating, "Error! Code entered can't be combined with BHHELLO1: BHDLB1." This indicates that the advertised offer was false and deceptive. Considering the time and effort BrylaneHome put into creating, printing, and mailing this flyer, this deceptive advertising feels deliberate. As a result, I am not only filing complaints with my Commonwealth’s Attorney General’s Office but also with the Federal Trade Commission for such unethical consumer sales practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BrylaneHome and will not be purchasing from them.

These guys are scammers. I intend to file a complaint about Brylane Home with my state attorney general. I received a discount catalog that had 50% to 60% off in big letters. Throughout the catalog, the regular prices were in light ink and crossed out, while the discount prices were in bold. So I phoned and ordered sheets—one set for the discount price of $37 and another for the discount price of $74. When the mediocre sheets finally came, I was billed by my credit card company for $262. I tried repeatedly to call the company to correct the mistake, but the automated system hung up on me every time I asked to talk to a representative. Finally, after multiple calls, I did get through to a person. She told me that I should have given a code on the back of the catalog. I looked and there was indeed a code in very small small print. I said, “Your catalog is very misleading. And the phone representative didn’t request the code.” She said, “That wasn’t his job. If you didn’t give the code you can’t have the discount. And I can’t give you the discount because it had to be applied at the time of purchase.” I feel tricked. I fell for the ploy, but I will never purchase from Brylane Home again. It is clear that they are not a legitimate company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH ALL THEIR SHIPPING CHARGES WHEN YOU EXCHANGE AN ITEM. YOU PAY $60 AND YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU GET $25 BACK!!! POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Back in March 2024 I bought a lovely, oversize king bedspread. It arrived with a rip in it on the face. Immediately contacted them for a replacement or return. I learned that I could do either...for a fee. Now, if it were my error; wrong size, wrong color, whatever, I'd not be upset BUT, this was a damaged item (and, given where the damage was, it was packaged already with the rip), no, I'm NOT paying a return fee of $35.97 PLUS paying USPS postage for it (which, given it's size and weight would be over $100). I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but they refused. So, I contacted Chase Visa and filed a dispute. A month later, Chase notified they had found in my favor and the charge had been reversed. I had already purchased a replacement (elsewhere) so I no longer wanted it but I held on to it. A few weeks later I get an envelope from "FullBeauty Brands." Having never done business with this company, I filed it where all my junk mail goes: the recycling bin. On June 4th I received another letter from this company. I normally would have tossed it in recycling but I had multiple legitimate envelopes and accidentally opened it. It said "SECOND NOTICE".....they claim I never paid for the purchase (as if they would process an order, much less ship it, if it hadn't been paid for) and were threatening to take me to collections....EVEN THO I WAS WILLING TO RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEM. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Indianapolis and they told me it may take 30 days OR MORE to get any kind of a response because of the sheer volume of complaints against the company. Why am I not surprised?
