I wish I could give no star. I ordered 2 sets raspberry bath mats and one grape. When they came they were towels. I returned them. Reordered them and ordered 2 sets of cayenne color mats. Today I received them and guess what they were all towels. They won't refund my full amount they are still charging me for the shipping. They have incompetent fools for warehouse workers and customer service reps. You can't get anything out of them the reps all have a script they go by. I'm returning my Brylane credit card to them and they can stick it where the sun doesn't shine. I will never buy another item from that place. I hope they go bankrupt.

Ordered a Pop-Up Xmas Tree that was delivered - not what was advertised and was dirty. I returned the item via UPS (my cost 1/2 the price I paid for the item) Received by Bryland on Nov 20th - It is now December the 21st and no word from Bryland - contact by telephone is almost impossible and customer service is a joke.

Placed an order for four kitchen seat covers on November 12th. Four days later, brylanehome.com fraudulently charged our credit card for four new charges, which add up to several cents less than the charge we made. We contacted our credit card company and reported our credit card stolen since brylanehome.com reported additional transactions without our knowledge or consent. Disputed charges with credit card company, they investigated and removed the charges. Now Brylanehome.com sent letters to our home asking for payment of fraudulent charges. Do not recommend and beware of additional fraudulent charges.

Consider this a rating of 0. The Brylane brand was trustworthy and well known many years ago, so I did not research them before making a recent purchase of two rugs totaling 13.98. One of the rugs was visibly stained (I can't even imagine what the stain consisted of, but I didn't even want to touch the bag it came in), AND there was sticker attached to the wrapping marked "dirty." Things happen...this isn't the primary issue. The real issue is that THERE IS NO FREE REFUND OPTION. The only choices are a gift card (which would lead to spending MORE money on this awful site), or refund to original purchase method with a $10.99 charge. SO....I would literally be in the hole almost $4 to return a $6 rug. In other words, they will never lose money on a purchase, which is probably why there is no incentive to make sure that they don't send visibly dirty and probably previously returned merchandise. I am usually very conscientious about researching brands or items before purchasing. This SCAM of a company is hiding behind the trustworthiness of the company's name from the past. STAY AWAY. (Also, note that although it appears there are customer reviews for products on the BrylaneHome website, when you click on the "reviews," it's a dead end link.)

Brylane homes is a scam. I ordered curtains for my daughter 9-20-24. When I looked at the tracking it said label made. In Oct I called to cancel the order I was informed that I had to wait until the 21st to cancel the order. Called back on 10-21-24 to cancel order and get a refund on the Comenity-Brylane Home credit card, because I got a discount and free shipping. Was told I had to call back on the 22nd to get the refund. Call back they said refund was applied. In November got a call from the credit card company saying my bill was not paid. I explained everything and Gustavo 078441 would put in a dispute to have the charges and fees removed from the account. In November on the 9th I received another bill with the amount and charges. I called and the automated recording said I had a $35.99 balance which are the fees that were charged. I spoke with a representative. He said his name is John (right) 2175. He informed me it would take 30 days for the amount to come off. I told him I wanted the account zeroed out because I was not paying a dime. We will see next month what happens. This company is a SCAM!!!!! Stay CLEAR!!!!!!!

Complete scam AVOID AVOID AVOID. Purchased 2 Simpson mini tvs, got an email telling me they were under construction and never heard from again. Website unavailable now.

STAY AWAY! Complete scam, ordered a Simpsons TV, never received it, no response from their support team, I managed to get the money back from my bank, if you have experienced the same I urge you to contact your bank and try to get a refund.
