This has been the worst customer service experience of my life! I ordered four cushions for my patio but only received three. After two months of back and forth , they are not sending my missing cushion and are keeping my $120. Do not shop with this company! UPDATE: after two more emails i finally received a refund. But it took three months and over twenty emails and two phone calls to accomplish the end result.

I purchased a vertical blind for a sliding door and this is the sorriest blind I’ve had. Blind cost well over 100$ and is actually worth about 10$. I do not expect it to last a week. The blinds won’t slide on the track. They will slide very easy if I climb on a step ladder and move with my hand but the wand is useless. It’s poorly designed and the way it works is even worse. Do not buy from this company it’s a scam and products are cheap

This is a scam company, I bought a cheap sheer curtain panel. Overpaid shipping. It was OK, would upgrade later. Six weeks later I get a PayPal charge for "Brylane Home members charge" which apparently they will charge every month. I did not agree to this, I never checked a box. this is a scam. I bought a cheesy curtain panel to make do, and never intended to buy their other cheap crap. What do I get for being a Brylane Home member. I have no idea. Scam. Disputing the charge, beware of this company.

Worst company to deal with I ordered 2 bath mats and they came in a completely different color called customer service and they told me I could exchange them which I did but they wanted me to pay for the exchange I sent the items back only to get the wrong ones again!! They wouldn’t refund my $$ for the full amount because I wanted it to go back on the original payment I called again and they tried to tell me to put it on a gift card and they would refund the total amount I told them I would never order from them again and I just want my full refund on both orders they refunded one of the orders in full as a “courtesy” I am contacting my credit card company for the difference this is no way to run a “legit” business

Having ordered from BrylaneHome in the past I hadn’t put much thought into having a poor experience but I was wrong. After placing an order for bedding on Jan 14, 2015, I received a confirmation email followed by a processing email two days later with a tracking number but no information as to delivery company. After following the transit link, I saw a label was created but no pick therefore no item being delivered, I had to call to customer service to only be given the delivery company & a different transit location tracking number, after 3 more calls with Brylane Home & 1 call with Fed Ex to which I was informed that no package was ever picked up. The customer service with Brylane Home promised the package was to be delivered on Monday, no wait, Wednesday, Thursday & finally on Saturday… this led me to call Fed Ex to which I was informed that the label was created but never picked up. I have now contacted my CC company to dispute the purchase.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. I cancelled my order 1 minute through their customer service who had to send my request to someone else. I didn't realize they would charge $24 for shipping. That is my own fault for not paying attention. However, once they got back to me 8 hours later, they said it's in "processing" now and can't be cancelled in their system. This is total BS. I'm sure they will try to charge me for return shipping. I'm so upset with them. I've never had someone not let you cancel an order, especially when done so quickly after placing the order. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Obviously, I will never buy from them again and I will warn everyone I know not to do business with them!

This is the absolute worst company. Please do yourself a favor and avoid. I received a defective/damaged item this past November. When I reached out for a refund they wanted to issue me a gift card. I refused because the item was damaged and call me crazy but when a customer receives a damaged product I feel the vendor should honor their “fast and easy refund” policy and issue a full refund for damaged merchandise. That should include refunding the original shipping charge. When I elevated the matter they agreed to issue me a partial refund (they did not want to refund the original shipping charges). At the end of the day they agreed to issue me a full refund but never did it. When I filed my claim with PayPal, they told PayPal they offered me a refund and I rejected it, which is shifty. I rejected the partial refund only. I am now out $47.37 and no product. I'm at a loss as to what to do now.

I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a table and when I opened the box, I saw it was damaged. I won't go into all the details of the people I talked to, but the gist of it is: even if a heavy item is DAMAGED, they won't pay or reimburse you to ship it back to them. My options were: get 50% off the table or send it back at my cost. With either option, I am out money for something that was DAMAGED! I complained to the BBB and received the same response from the company.
