I finally got the purchase I made a month ago. I tried to stop the order because they sent me am email telling me it was out of stock. They wouldn't refund my credit card charge and kept saying it was back ordered. I gave up and assumed I had lost my money. I got the product I ordered today. It is exactly what I ordered but the quality is much less than I expected. I will keep it because I will not deal with their incompetent customer service. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I been a customer of this company over 20 yrs. I noticed their customer service has changed to the negative as has this company. I never had a problem until this year. I find they false advertise. I had placed an order on an item that had a percentage off with code. Put in code on website, did not give the discount so I called customer service, said back ordered items can not be discounted. Then the other item was in stock but could not use the discount with code because code no longer available. The code had an expiration date and it had not expired as of this date. They said they could give me another code for $10.00 off. Seems like a scam to me. I will not be dealing with them any longer. Everything I ever ordered was good quality. BUT not worth the aggravation. I am done !

it actually pains me to give them 1 star, they are lousy, liars. In my case, they didn't want to cancel the order because they had already shipped the item and then after a month they canceled it because they didn't have it available. They returned the money when I requested it, in the meantime they had not done the management of the return. Lousy and liars.

They say they'll ship the product in 7-12 business days and then they simply don't. My order has not yet shipped and I have no idea when it will. Nobody at Brylane can give me any information. They blame it on the manufacturer (Skyline). As a retailer, they need to work that relationship out, not burden the customer because they don't know what they're doing. Incompetent. Buy from Wayfair because at least Wayfair will be straightforward about the delivery window required.

Ordered an outdoor recliner. When it arrived the frame was bent and the screw holes were misaligned.Impossible to assemble. Got the run around from customer service when I tried to arrange a return. Will never do business with this company again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Where do I even begin! We ordered a chair from Brylane Home that was delivered without the hardware. When we called to inquire about the hardware being sent separately, the representative on the phone could not understand how the hardware was not present, maybe we should check again. 2 representatives later, we were told we could just go to the hardware store and buy them ourselves! Are you kidding me? What is so difficult about placing the hardware in an envelope and mailing it to me? Not only that but they had to get an analyst to analyze putting screws in an envelope. The moral of the story is this was the worst customer service over the phone that we have experienced in a long time. If you are going to sell things, you may want to make sure you have people who can problem solve and return an order. There is no way I should have to provide my own box to ship back the item that did not come correctly in the first place. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

If i could give them zero stars i would. For starters i ordered several pairs of curtains for different rooms of my home. After several days, they email me and tell me they are all backordered. Then a few weeks later they bill my credit card four times each curtain rang up separately. Then they send the curtains for one room. Somehow in all this mess my credit card was compromised and i started getting charges from other places i had not purchased from. So i call credit card company and they shut off the card. I call brylane and tell them that my card was compromised and i need to give them a different card number for the rest of the curtains i ordered that were on backorder. They asked for a new credit card number and then told me that 1/4 of the curtains i had ordered, they had to cancel the order because they couldn’t get them. So i cancel the order. Then i ask for any charges they had charged me for those curtains be removed. They said there was no charges. But i found on my credit card a $1.99 fee. I asked what that was for and they told me it was a reward program that i could use at several places. I told them i didnt agree to that. They said after the first month my credit card would be charged $14.00 a month for this service. I said cancel it and they said they couldn’t, that i would have to call another number to do that. They gave me the number and i had to call them and they said it would be cancelled and my money refunded. Beware! This was the first time i had used my credit card in awhile and it was immediately compromised. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

I tried to cancel my order two days from when I ordered it and they lied and said it had been shipped. When I checked (see photo) they had NOT shipped the product but the next day they shipped it anyway. If you do business with BrylaneHome BEWARE!!! They are not honest and their products are made poorly.
