I placed an order for window curtains last January 14, 2021; they were all backorders. They said they would give me a discount or the delays, but they never did. They want me to purchase again and give me a discount for the delay. If they can't deliver a few items, how can they deliver more orders? Feb 3, I got the second shipment of the curtains. I finally open the packages, including the first package I got. They were the all wrong style, the same color, the same style numbers. Every time they received one of the items in my order, they shipped it to me and charged individual shipping. I returned on February 4th until today, March 8, 2021, I don't get the refund. I called them they said it takes 20 business days to receive the return. 20 days? Where the return goes to China? Rachael said Indianapolis. It takes 20 days to get my package, and they took my money faster than they breathe. User's recommendation: I will never recommend shopping with this company.

Placed order on January 25 2021 paid $11.99 S&H and still do not have my order ONE MONTH!!! unacceptable at best! When I'm able to take delivery for a product from RUSSIA that was ordered on January 28 2021 and paid NOTHING for S&H and it's already been delivered...what does that say??? I've been in constant contact with them and nothing but excuses...I guess they ran out of turtle food!

I was trying to return an item as the color is not what was expected and the needed color was not available on their website, even though I had previously purchased it there. Due to Covid-19 and quarantining, it was difficult to return the item in a timely fashion. Return policy is 60 days. The order date on the receipt was October 28 and I shipped it back from the Post Office on December 28th.That's 60 or 61 days depending on how you count it. I didn't even ask for a refund, I would accept a credit for a future purchase. The item was returned to me saying it was received too late. Really, for one day!!!! I frequently purchase from this company, but, if an exception can't be made during a PANDEMIC, I feel their customer care is lacking and will never purchase from them again. I tried calling the Corporate HQ and left 2 messages....so far no call back!!!!

During the process of placing the order, I added the items to my cart. When I clicked "Checkout" the screen showed "Thank you for your order" and had automatically placed the order and billed it to my Brylane Home Charge Account. It did not give me the opportunity to select my discount code or select payment type. Immediately, I called Customer Service and they advised the order had already processed and there was nothing they could do. Called back several times to see if they could honor the discount code or cancel the order. Each time I was transferred to several different people who gave a different response. Will have to ship the product back at my expense. Will not do business with them again. Looks like this is a normal business practice based on the comments on this page.

Purchased curtains advertised to be "Blackout" curtains. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they finally do, I find out that a flashlight can shine right through then. They cant block out the street lamp outside my bedroom. Paid $8.99 postage for them to ship it to me, now they want $9.99 postage for me to ship it back if I want a refund. What a scam, they lie about the characteristics of their product, then force you to pay to return it. Recommend you do not shop at this site.

From comforter I ordered in a full instead of queen size to not have it draped on the floor like in the picture, to the return process, to it being 17 days after receiving my FIRST email claiming they got my item, mind you I got the email 2 more times the following days so when did they really start working on my return. It's also odd that I didn't get these emails until Nov 4th, when USPS last interaction with it was 6 days after dropping it off n Oct 26, so who handled it between the 26th and the 4th. Just causing too many questions. The first email claims the got the item on the 4th, the second 2 claims were on Nov 5th, well it's Nov 21 and I still don't have the return in my account. I called them on Tuesday and was told that there end needs 3-5 business days and it may be an additional 3-5 business days to get into my account. That would have put me at thursday the 19th, it's now the 21st. I returned the item at a $10 loss due to them taking return shipping out the refund and yet I still am out about ~$36, which might not seem like much to some but that's $6 less than my SMUD bill or cover the taxes on a new phone as mine is giving out, so yea that money spent on a comforter that would have been draped/dragging on my floor could be used elsewhere in my life.

Brylane does not even deserve one star! I just got totally screwed over by them. When I first placed my order, it took nearly an hour, because I had to go over each item 4 or 5 times with the customer service rep. Each time, she quoted a vastly different price per item despite the fact that I ordered from a specific sale catalog and used their coupon. I NEVER received a large portion of my order, and they insisted that I would have to reorder the missing items and pay for them with additional shipping. When a business makes a gross error, they should own it and make up for it. I now have only a portion which is useless. I will never order from them again and encourage others to avoid them. This was no small order (over $400), and the first time (I called), the customer service rep admitted that the order was a mess. He hung up on me while I was waiting for him to check further. I had to call back, wait for quite some time, and then was treated abruptly by Amanda who refused to rectify the situation.

I purchased the Studio Luxe rectangular bath rugs in August 2020. I didn't use them until October. After washing them, the backing on the rug totally fell apart in my washer. So since it was over 60 days Brylane Customer service would not compensate me in any way. I have been a very long time customer, but I am totally done with them now.
