This product is a wonderful idea
This product is a wonderful idea. However, I somehow missed the fact that if you sign up for a FREE sample, you are AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in a subscription. BEWARE! I was able to call to have the subscription cancelled but my bank has not been credited yet.

Marcia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're very glad to hear that you think our product is a wonderful idea, but we're sorry to hear that you were unaware that your were signing up for a subscription. I do find it pertinent to clarify a few things that are written and highlighted on our sign up page - it clearly states the following in the middle section under 'How it all works': - Your first order includes a trial pack (which is $1) - Refresh pack arrives 10 days later, includes a full 24-pack of Brushee - Future shipments are up to you - upgrade, pause or cancel anytime There's also a section under that that is titled 'What happens after the trial set?' which states: Ten days after you get your trial pack, we'll ship your full-sized 24 pack of Brushees. From there we will automatically ship you a refresh pack every month. If that shipment frequency or quantity doesn’t fit your needs, then don’t worry. You’ve got complete control of what ships and when. And then on the checkout page it clearly states: Brushee- trial pack converts to Brushee Refresh 24 pack - $12.99 - ships every month. So while we apologize that this caught you by surprise, we're not trying to misinform our buyers, and hope it didn't inconvenience you too much.
