The content of the study guide was useful and relevant to my exam. The format of the document was poor, and there were multiple typos, grammatical errors and disjointed sentences. None of this affected my ability to understand the content.

In reading through your paper and applying it to the exam; only about 20% I could use for the actual exam. Perhaps the next time.
