It was the wrong book and I ended up failing my class

Purchased a book. Used bitcoin. Once it processed I was taken to the dashboard and the book NEVER appeared to download. Emailed support, tried using the fake chat service. Just took my $30

I wasted my money none of the materials I bought was on the test.

Still have not received the product I purchased, the correct solutions manual for the 15th Edition of Dynamics, by Hibbeler.

None of the questions were on the test. Total waste.

The book I purchased was not the actual book. I compare it to first two free chapters and was no single Question is the same. First and last purchase!

I just placed an order, and I received an empty PDF. I already contacted the website to their support, and no answer. TOTAL SCAM. Don't even try to buy a Test Bank or any document from them.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I made a purchase, which I did receive, although it was not what they proclaimed it to be, but that's not the problem the problem was I made this purchase using Samsung pay and that very same day all the way on the other side of the United States just a few hours after my purchase... probably minutes of you include the time zone changes... some one stole $100.00 from my bank account and attempted to steal more but my bank declined the transaction. Coincidence....I think not. 🤔
