Buying through this platform was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. Tickets weren’t delivered properly, the support line was useless, and getting a refund felt like trying to pull teeth. The whole process was riddled with delays and empty promises, and the lack of accountability was astonishing. It was as if nobody cared whether customers actually got what they paid for.

I purchased tickets and needed to resell them to another person with an account. After 7 tries, I finally got a banner saying my tickets were sent and need to be picked up, and the status said "pending". Neither the person who I transferred the tickets to, nor I, received any notification or confirmation, and the tickets are still saying pending on my side. The intended recipient has not received the tickets. There is no support other than sending an email that apparently never gets read. Update: a few days later, received message that my attempt was too late to transfer the tickets even though the site allowed me to do so. Will no longer do business.
