I don't know why all the poor reviews. I ordered my 22 ammo on Thursday at 4 PM when it became available in stock, and it was sitting at my house Monday morning via Fedex. If that's not excellent customer service I don't know what is. Thanks Brownells, I'll be back!

I was kinda shocked by the low reviews on here, as I have always been impressed with Brownells and most big gun influencers like iraqvetern8888 and others use them. Even during the coronavirus crisis, they shipped my gun and mags in 3 days! That's all I have too say.

The best in the business. I have been buying supplies for over 30 years. Brownells takes all the risk out of buying equipment and materials that may not meet your expectations. In recent years they have become even more competitive on pricing for supplies. If you are into high end loading, bench rest, they have all you need to make precision cartridges. Any tool that does not meet your expectations, even after years, call them and they will pay the shipping back. I have taken my loading to a whole new level. I could order and try any exotic tooling, gun part, even supplies knowing full well I could not lose.

Placed an order for a $100 handheld light and mistakenly used the wrong address, whereupon delivery the item was discarded... Brownells shipped me the same item again to the correct address free of charge even though the mistake was mine to begin with. Brownells prices are among the best in the business, their processing/shipping is quick, and their customer service second to none... Not to mention their Retro line is fantastic. They have earned my lifetime business.

Not really sure what's up with all the bad reviews. I've ordered many times from brownells and have never had any issues other than slow shipping a few times but that was a carrier issue not brownells. They have always shipped my orders right out. The packing could be a little better but when it's free i can't really complain. I've never received any thing damage so their you go.

I've been shopping with them for over 30 years, and honestly can't understand the negative reviews. I wonder if some folks can't be made happy despite a business's best efforts. Anyway, the gunsmiths are all great (the Texan is a bit smarter than the others), the customer service team is outstanding and I look forward to my next purchase. Keep in mind, they have a lifetime return policy and on the rare event I have needed it, they took it back with no questions asked. They are simply a class act, and still the best in the business.
