Do not buy from here. They sneak a little T&C in font 0.1 that says 7-10 days AFTER DISPATCH...Which basically means 2 weeks after when they can be arsed. My order cost me £5.99 delivery to send from the US to the UK which then took nearly 3 weeks to come...3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid, you get some ineffectual halfwit or his wife who sends almost single word replies if/when they can be bothered then ignore you when you prove him wrong. I will be claiming back via my credit card. Please support local companies with better customer service and not giving all their money to the USA!

I placed an order for an in-stock item and paid for 4-7 day shipping. The item wasn't shipped until 6 business days later. It took a total of 13 days to get to my door. I emailed them about it and they never replied. I have been shopping at Midway USA for some time, and thought I would give them a try. I would only order from this company if it is a last resort and you don't care when you get it. I rarely ever write bad reviews, but this company deserves it.

It's been nine days since I ordered a couple of magazines and the system still showing no information available. I left an email and no response. Never again will I do business with them and if anyone asks, I will definitely let them know what to expect. Two thumbs down. If I don't hear anything by the weekend, I'm stopping payment on the order.

This is more about their shipping. It is 2018 and with online shopping 99% of items they sell can be found elsewhere for about the same price, even directly from the manufacturers. Most places will now be judged and receive return business based on shipping speed. They used to be great but as of around 2 years ago (from when I understand is about when the warehouse moved) it has been awful. Several days to process an order when it used to be out same day. I am ~250 miles North of them in the Twin Cities and for some reason they use FedEx which sends packages 300+ miles east to Chicago. The tracking number I receive from Brownell's is a USPS tracking number which means FedEx is going to pass the item off. Why is FedEx even involved? This is not an isolated incident. As I stated it all started a couple years ago and has happened this exact way with the 4 orders I have placed in this timeframe. Needless to say I am done with this company. 10 days to get a bottle of RCBS cleaning solution is insane.

Ordered some parts this evening and received a confirmation email. Clicked on my order and it said it was on hold. Used the online chat since it was past their business hours and the person said I needed to call them or email them my phone number and order number! Really?!! I asked why and they ended the chat. Total inconvenience and waste of my time. Update: The items were not in stock yet the description specified they were!

First and last time i will order from brownels sweden.. so bad service very unpleasant on mails. And relly long shipping time. ! Dont order from this place !

I would give them zero stars if I could. Idiots spent all week trying to "verify" the FFL status of my FFL dealer. Never mind that they have shipped to them several times before. Let's just forget that my FFL twice sent them the paperwork. I finally got fed up and canceled the order. Never, ever again will I do business with those idiots. This experience has convinced me that I should get my FFL and bypass this stupidity. Keep it up Brownells. You'll fold like the rest of them.
