Very very very bad experience with this company, absolutely shocking, I am from UK so I can't say about USA

I cant honestly give a rating because I have never purchased from here. But I can say, I dont get the "Brownells Hype" Unless you want to pay more for things. In the last 3 years I have purchased alot of guns, ammo and supplies. I mean, 10 ARs, 38 auto pistols, 5 revolvers, 18,000 rounds of ammo, targets, hearing protection, cleaning supplies, magazines etc. Not once was Brownells cheaper. And I do my research every time I buy. Whats the Brownells hype????? If you people are willing to give more money for things, please let me know why?????

Was delighted when a Brownells Ireland franchise was announced but have found them to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Returned items for exchange months ago and no sign of replacements. Items have been paid for in full. No answer to emails, no answer on the phone. I could not recommend them less. Would give zero stars if possible. I am now considering legal action to recoup losses.

Why is it that when you ask for a known item in a search you are given everything but. IE. Assembly tool kit for AR-10. SDI is the reference that you have the kits.

I placed an order with Brownells Ireland 4 weeks ago and did not receive confirmation of my order. I checked "my orders" on their website and the item is listed. I emailed them twice but didn't get a response. I also rang them twice but the call wasn't answered. At this stage I don't know when or if my order will be delivered. I have looked elsewhere and found the item on another suppliers website and at a better price. So I'm canceling the order from Brownells Ireland. I'm very disappointed as I dealt directly with Brownells and Sinclair in the past and never had an issue.

Ordered from Ireland Franchise waited > 2 months but did not receive anything. Unable to contact Brownells Ireland by phone as they never answer + never replied to any of my emails. In the end decided to cancel payment with bank since as they tried to take payment 3 times.... but payment was reversed each time. Avoid this company shop else where.

Don't do business with Brownells. Once you're on their mailing list, it's endless promotional daily emails. Not possible to opt-out or even delete your account once you login. After a week to trying to do so, I finally had to threaten them with contacting my State Representative about this sleazy practice. I think they have finally stopped the emails but not 100% sure yet. There are dozens of good gun sites to do business with...Stay away from Brownells.
