BrownellsReviews of brownells.com

I’ve been waiting for my order to arrive, it doesn’t make sense for UPS to deliver my order to a standard post office less than an hour away from my house and I don’t understand why the post office has no idea when it’s going to be delivered

Horrible customer service and website. Ordered a part from their website, only to have it come in incorrect. When I contacted their customer service, it was explained to me that this particular part was mislabeled and "confusing" on their store. So I sent it back to them. Over a month later I still do not have this part in, and they contacted me telling me that I owe them an additional $10... gee, I hope their $10 is worth it.

Save yourself and go to MidwayUSA. USPS marked several of my packages as delivered during the last holiday season. All 5 of them ended up lost and never showed up. Brownells is the only company that didn’t offer a refund, or re-shipment. Funny thing, I had a MidwayUSA package to be delivered the exact same day and it was one of the 5 lost. MidwayUSA sent me a replacement no problem. Not Brownells they had three different people tell me there is nothing they can do. I literally spend thousands at Brownells in 2019 and this is how they treat customer loyalty. If this happen to you, what company would you buy from?

I ordered an in stock item by mistake due to an inaccurate description they had on their website. They said even though it was in stock it was special order and even though their product description was faulty I could not return it. I have cancelled my account with them, I hope it was worth it.

Ordered part took my money didn't ship the item stole my money, got automatic responses never got back to me, I called customer service they said to bad we won't do anything for you because we don't make mistakes, you must be a thief. Wouldn't ever buy anything from this dishonest business. I don't know how they can ever lose money they don't deliver or stand by their business. Worst company anywhere. Oh and I paid for 2 day shipping guess that's extra money in their pocket.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered on a Thursday. Although they were perfectly able to send me (1) an email confirmation (2) a pdf invoice AND (3) take my money in less than 24 hours, the STILL DID NOT SHIP until the following Monday. Then their rude customer service tells me I could have picked a faster (and more expensive) shipping option. Never again.

Yup horrible customer service. Rude and dumber than a box of rocks.

They wont let you cancel an order. I had to wait till it was mailed to me. Then I had to start a return.
