Bross HomeReviews of brosshome.com

I had the pleasure of working with Jack on my project. Jack certainly has mastered his craft; his work is impeccable. I had a total change in my original design plan to which he displayed such patience. His was open to any modifications needed to bring my vision to life. He was extremely fair on pricing, and his customer service is highly commendable.

The dandelion wall art looks just like it does on the website(verycute!). There was a small mix-up with my order but Jack took care of it right away!

We love our wall decor and were thrilled at how fast it was delivered! We bought a second one as well.

Great communication, timely delivery, wonderful packaging…with spare parts if there’s a problem(there wasn’t)! Love my new kitchen clock!

I was kept in the loop of the shipment(which was fast) all the way to delivery. Artwork was safely package. Artwork is beautifully made

I received daily updates on shipping status and the product was just as expected. Very good quality!

I bought two pieces from this vendor previously and went back to them to find something unique and they did not disappoint. The originality of the piece is what I love and why I bought it. I’m still waiting for someone to hang it over my garage so I haven’t seen it up yet. The shipping is very fast, I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived.

Everything was great dealing with BrossHome. I messed up when I ordered and accidentally ordered a second piece I did not want. I emailed the company immediately, had a polite response within hours and a credit back to my account for the mis-ordered piece just a day or two later. The piece I did order and received is just perfect for our master bathroom. It's lightweight and is close to the wall (doesn't stick out more than 3/8 of inch, I don't think) so we won't knock into it. VERY happy with everything!
