First off, the first clock was broken in transit, not good. When I sent an email, with pictures of the box and broken clock, a Bross representative took care of it immediately. We had a replacement in a couple days and couldn’t be happier. Wonderful customer service. Great looking product too!! Thanks!

I ordered a beautiful wall clock from this company and very pleased. I was continually kept informed of my order and shipping status. Once it arrived the exterior box was damaged during shipping, but this company protected the clock on the inside with smart packaging so the clock was not damaged! I am very happy with my purchase and the customer support.
