Great quality product
My clock was delivered quickly, I received very good communication about shipping and delivery and it arrived in perfect condition. I was a little nervous to have to put it together but the you tube video was very helpful and it was not complicated at all. It keeps good time and looks great in our space.

Customer Service is great.
When the clock arrived it was not what I expected nor was it right for the space it would be hung. I immediately contacted the company’s customer service via email, receiving a very fast reply. The representative was very helpful and strived to reach a solution. I will be issued a refund.
