I have enjoyed working with Jane Williams and her team at Brooklyn Ghostwriting.
Coming in to this journey I had no prior knowledge of what to expect or anything at all about book writing.
Jane took me under her wing every step of the way and guided me through each process helping me to feel comfortable with every step.
I highly recommend you entrusting Brooklyn Ghostwriting with any of your book writing endeavors as they have proven time and again to be extremely trustworthy.

made this post before and was convinced…Worst Experience — Oversold, Overpromised, Undelivered
made this post before and was convinced that if I took it down that something would get accomplished, so here are my true feelings and this post is staying up.
This has been the worst experience of my life. They oversell and overpromise. I paid for services that were either not completed or did not happen as represented. Marketing was essentially nonexistent, my website remained unfinished, and communication repeatedly disappeared until I escalated the problem.
I was offered a $350 refund as part of a proposed closure agreement. I did not sign the agreement, and I never received the refund.
Today was the final straw. After again raising these issues, I was told that multiple messages had been sent to me. I had received none. When I challenged that statement, it was then acknowledged that an email had not been sent.
I have emails, texts, screenshots and documentation of this entire experience. This is not about one bad day or one employee. It has been a pattern throughout this project.
I gave them more than enough opportunities to make this right. I cannot recommend Brooklyn Ghostwriters

Was not satisfied with outcome of the service. I had won 2 charge backs/refunds due to services which I had paid for, which they promised to complete but it never happened. But they fought me to return my money. Now, winning back my money,I will use a different publisher. Advise to new authors use a credit card for these purposes

$7,000.00 RIP OFF!!!
When I contacted Brooklyn Ghostwriting, I already had my book written, but it took a VERY long time to go through their process of getting it published.
When I finally got it on Amazon (Vinnie the Brain's Outrageous Adventure), they wanted $7,000.00 to publish it on other platforms which I naively paid them.
They easily contacted me when they wanted me to pay them money to do something, but when it was time for me to collect some royalties on the publishing of my book, they suddenly were having a 'really hard time' reaching me.
Recently, I was finally able to get in contact with Zachary Jones, the project coordinator for my book. He said that somehow his phone number was blocked on my phone, and he couldn't send emails. (FYI, they use 360projectmanager to manage their projects ; I tried to log in, and found that my IP address had been blocked).
I advised them the debit card I used to pay the $7,000.00 fee was good to send the royalties to.
Never heard back.
I called their main office, and a woman said she was creating a ticket, and that someone would contact me back within 15 to 30 minutes.
Never heard back.
I would strongly advise - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Brooklyn ghostwriter are not what they…
Brooklyn ghostwriter are not what they sell themselves to be, constantly trying to upsell me . After speaking with a director “ trying upsell me and kept me on the phone for over an hour. She had the nerve to me that “ money didn’t matter “ my money she referring to. They completely stop sending me my chapters after they clearly said that chapter 4 was complete. After this upsell phone call everything went silent . The isbn numbers which I I paid $450 for was unverifiable only one number was available. I asked for a refund and silence from them. I will be reporting them to BBB and reaching out to an attorney. They will be exposed on social media I have friends who have millions of followers. I’m taking this personal and will not stop until they are exposed. They asked for $2200 for a website, $1900 for social media posts and thousands for me to use Ingram to publish my book. All of these things can be done a couple hundreds of dollars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Recommendation for Rosetta Turner
In my humble experience, it is good to notice both positive and negative outliers in experiences with businesses. Where recognizing outstanding performance leads others to modify and enhance their actions.
Rosetta Turner stands out as a very positive outlier for Brooklyn Ghostwriting to me, a person who recognizes opportunities for enhancement and has the brilliant follow-through to get real tasks done well. Since working with Rosetta I have seen whole departments shift into higher gears of efficiency, and her hard work continually builds trust for me in my book publishing and marketing experience. I highly recommend Rosetta Turner for her hard work and forthright approach as a lead manager at Brooklyn Ghostwriting.

This company offered to promote my book…
This company offered to promote my book on social media and charged me for it. All I got was a video trailer and ignored messages and calls when I inquired about what they promised. My request for a refund was also ignored. Stay away from this company at all costs.
