My experience with Albert is nothing short of just that, an EXPERIENCE. His attention to detail and also to my specific needs were unmatched. He made me feel like I was his only client, although I know that isn't the case. 10/10 experience!

Working directly with Joseph Carpel, was the BEST decision I made as a business owner. Prior to working with Brookstone, I was extremely weary and hesitant, considering I was a first time borrower. However after working directly with Joseph, he was able to put my mind at ease, ironed out any issues, and created tailored solutions. I was surprised how it all worked out so seamlessly. He was extremely professional, answered all of our questions, and customized the most efficient plan that would benefit our business most. I am extremely thankful that I chose Brookstone Funding. The best thing worth mentioning is how quickly he was able to provide the funding, and the continued relationship he has maintained with my husband and I. Thank you again Joseph, it was incredible working with you.

Like many of you, I get phone calls and text messages from lenders everyday. I am always interested in refinancing or taking out additional capital if it is right for our business. After expressing concern that this lender isn’t accredited through the Better Business Bureau, Will Harris sent me a link to their trust pilot reviews. He followed up with me today by sending a singular “?” I told him their most recent negative review describes an experience I have had in the past and I am not going to move forward. Will Harris responded “You weren’t going to do anything regardless don’t blame the review.” Unaccredited and unprofessional lender. Do not use.
