They told me they are a direct lender, but they are just brokers anybody who reads this review. Should be Warrened , if you give your bank statements to a company that is a broker, your statements will end up in the hands of perhaps hundreds of other mca shark companies and they will all contact you telling you to take mca Loans. Unless you know 100% that this is a direct lender do not give you statements unless you don’t mind that your statements will be all over the world. A simple way to find out is to simply go to Google put the name of the company you are inquiring about and just ask is this a Broker or direct finder? and Google will tell you within seconds there is a button now on the chrome browser which is connected to AI so when you see one of those so-called companies on the browser , just click on the ai Gemini button and ask Google is this a Broker? do they have good reputation? Reviews? within seconds you’ll find out everything you need to know if you should do business with that company I checked 20 companies in the MCA business 19th of them came out negative by Google

Repeatedly requested to get taken off their marketing and spam emails and texts. They continue to waste our time. I wouldn't finance anything with a company that clearly uses predatory spam/text marketing and doesn't want you to know who they are until you actually get them on the phone from their spam. When you hide who you are in your spam, it is a clear indication of the type of company you are.....clearly not proud of their reputation.

Mason straight up lied to me. He told me I could refinance everything once I got a zero balance letter from a different lender. I did that and got him the documentation. All of a sudden he cannot refinance anything and I am stuck paying insane MCA fees that he assured me I would not have to. Steer clear of this company

Brookstone sold me a "Bridge loan" that was to be 100% interest forgiveness if paid after 120 days. The loan was thru another funding group (Breakout) and they would only forgive the balance of the interest. What I was sold for a 12k origination fee cost me 70k. Up to the end they kept calling it 100% interest forgiveness. I was lied to. Also the SBA package that started this ended up not being the quoted terms or rate. The salesman said he had a rate sheet, but couldn't share it with me when I started this payoff bit

A week later, more text spam from these fools. Don't know why they're incapable of removing numbers on the DNC from their list.

This is 100% a scam company. The keep contacting me for a loan for "your company" which is not my company, I only worked for them many years ago in a non financial capacity. If you research Brookstone they have lawsuits for unwanted calls/communication.
